Beautiful location, great apartment for five. Glad we stayed in ostuni in the puglia region.

The property runs more like an air bnb despite booking it through booking.com. The messages sent beforehand were not very helpful in terms of finding the place and nothing was signposted so we spent about 2 hours trying to find the place only to find we couldn’t get in because we hadn’t gotten the keys- even though that hadn’t been explained to us beforehand. The apartment is beautiful and looks similar to the photos however it could use a proper clean- especially the bathroom. The facilities need an update- the washing machine doesn’t work and there were 2 wine glasses for a place advertising a stay for 5. Also be aware the apartment is directly above a bar which is noisy so there was music until 3 am every night. There was only two rolls of toilet paper supplied for five people for five nights- I think if you are advertising on booking.com you need to specify you are an Airbnb because I wouldn’t expect to have to buy toilet paper otherwise. The photos on booking.com aren’t all correct either- we thought we had booked the rooftop but that is attached to another apartment.

amazing location, wonderful scenic view from bedroom. right in the centre of the lively town of Ostuni. lovely company with great helpful employees who organised taxis for us. Super comfortable bed!! very very clean! would stay again! Air-con was great didn’t make us sick at all was always super cool every time we came home.

could be loud at times due to cocktail bar below but didn’t bother us too much. only 1 mirror (two girls need more than one mirror) . lots of steps to the room but nothing can be done about that as Ostuni was full of them 😂

Lovely place with a very nice terrace and a wonderful view of Ostuni’s old town.

We liked everything except the fact that we left an iPhone charger in the room which was not returned to us as the cleaners denied that it was there

The location of the apartment was at centro storico right before the cathedral. It was on the rooftop and had a beautiful terrace and the view was spectacular. Ostuni is a very special place and the building is what I expected which is full of charm. A perfect place to position yourself if you'd like to explore Puglia. The paid parking at Via Giosue Pinto was inexpensive for overnight parking. It was also very easy to check-in and staff was very responsive via WhatsApp for queries.

Good facilities, clean apartment and in the middle of the centre.

There were a lot of nice pictures on Booking from views from the balcony. Sadly enough that balcony wasn't part of our room.

The apartment was right in the middle of the old town

Apartment was not what was displayed in the pictures - no large outdoor terrace area. Apartment was located above a loud bar which did not close until 3am. Sleeping was impossible before this time. It was reiterated 4 times what time check out was, and cleaners turned up to the apartment 20 minutes before check out time to speed up our exit process. Thoroughly disappointing stay.
