i like where it was located it is near from the square and the shopping district. breakfast was good. the room is really spacious

The room was not yet ready when arrived, even though we booked our room the earliest but still we got our keys past 3pm. I was a bit disappointed of their lift as can manage to carry only 4 people

Great location and very friendly staff. The twin-bed room is ideal for a family travelling with kids.

The location is Perfect!! walking distance to the Christmas Market and Republic Square accessible to restaurants and shopping mall...You can walk around and explore the city center..The staff wer all kind and accommodating..They always greet ypu with a smile so u feel at home.

Its not that i dont like; its just maybe better if they would change the breakfast atleast every other day...But otherwise its great.

The staff was great. The rooms themselves are not especially cosy, but clean and functional. We even had a partial view of Ararat mountain. But no balcony.

The breakfast should be stated to be till 10:00, not to 10:30. The first morning we came at 10 and most of the food was over and no coffee left.

Location, it is in city center. Maximum 10minutes away from main square. Very friendly staff. Room was clean and cozy.

Well I asked a few times to refill my fridge with some bottle of water but they didn’t do it . Also breakfast was not good

Staff were excellent on reception. Apartment was great as we had two stays over the two weeks in Armenia. It's simple accommodation but clean and everything worked well. While we toured in the middle week we managed to leave a suitcase at the hotel. Breakfast can be busy, but all fine if you arrive early at 8 or leave it till 9.30ish. Our apartment had a washing machine which was also good. It looks a bit scruffy outside the building, with pavement works, but it's perfectly safe and is in a great area for the food market, the Vernissage and St Gregory's Church. Republic Square is only 5 minutes walk away. Great view of Ararat from our apartment too! Good restaurants from my point of view, Lavash, Derian, Mante, Anteb. Dargett for a beer or two. Dors looks good for beer too. One round the corner from the hotel called 379 which also looks good for beer. If you're touring, Gyumri is great and I can recommend Hye Aspet for accommodation. Driving down the western side of Lake Sevan is spectacular, though we did have fabulous weather, and for scenery you cannot beat Areni, further south, just stunning views. Noravank Church etc.

Nothing much at all. Reception is on 7th floor but there is a lift! The hotel occupies floors 7-10. Apartment on floor 10, great views.

I stayed in 5 hotels in yarevan kantar was best of them good mood very comfort apartment wonderful stuff
