Very bad smells in bathroom, drains. Had to stand between tv and window to get a sea view, not as advertised. Doggy smell in reception area, owners have three dog's.

The breakfast was superb with wide choice . The hotel was ideal for walking into town and station.

Parking was a bit difficult as we had large car but staff tried there best to find us a parking space

The hotel is beautifully decorated and our room was quite small but lovely. The bed was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. It is in a great location for walking everywhere. The food is excellent and the staff are brilliant especially Sophie who was so attentive all weekend. We had a great time for my birthday weekend.

Had couple of days stay,excellent location,stayed before when it had previous owner yet again was excellent stay.a beautiful house immaculate ,excellent host's fantastic breakfast choices. Gardens lovely.would definitely recommend. Thankyou for lovely couple of days at your lovely house.

The breakfasts were all excellent, could not have been better. Our room was lovely, although in hindsight, we should have asked for a room with shower facilities, and not just a bath. The hotel is immaculately presented throughout, and exceptionally clean. The location is prefect, for the beach or a stroll, with shops and restaurants within easy walking distance.

Can't honestly find anything to dislike.

Staff extremely friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spacious clean and decor was lovely. The food was fresh and would class as fine dining, so much more than expected. Definitely rate the hotel above 5* Would recommend anyone to stay at Burlington Berties or even eat there as it was one of the most relaxing hotels have been to.
