The view of the lake when you’re sitting on the porch

Super nice and cozy house, very clean. Pretty big stove heated sauna - make sure you prepare it 1-2 hours beforehand. All the necessary kitchen utensils provided. also firewood. Superb lake view. You can use the boat for fishing or fish from a pier. Also BBQ place in the yard. Composting toilet (also very clean!) is 20 meters behind the house - if you travel with small children, make sure to have a potty for your convenience. Beautiful surroundings, great for seasonal berry and mushroom picking. Very quite place overall. Don't forget to look up in the sky when going out in the night and you will never forget the magnificent Milky Way view.

Great location, near to the hiking routes and good spot for ice fishing!

Absolutely lovely cottage next to the beautiful Lake Saimaa. The beach was great for swimming. The sauna was excellent. The kitchen had all the equipment one could need (except a wine bottle opener! :) ). You need to take a ferry when driving to the cottage and the ferry trip itself is really beautiful. There is no neighbours nearby, so the peace and quietness is guaranteed. Thanks for an unforgettable stay, we loved every second of it and would really like to come back one day!

Be careful when driving to the cottage, at least in July 2020 the road leading to the cottage was in extremely bad condition! The toilet was extremely full, very nearly unusable. Would not hesitate to give this place 10/10 if the toilet was taken better care of!

Great location on the bank of the lake! There is everything for comfortable stay in the house!
