3 étage sans ascenseur difficile quand on a des valises lourdes à monter . Je n’étais pas prévenu.

Truly lovely superb modern aprtment in an older seafront building right next to US embassy, ultimate location !

We didn't get any details about how to get into the apartment or anything else, until we started to phone and badger people the evening before. In the end we only received details 20 minutes before we arrived, again only after being sent a link to pay the VAT 20 minutes before we arrived, the link we were sent on the mobile phone didn't work on the mobile phone.... Very poor Cable/ SAT TV not working, finally fixed the day before we left Shower head not working well

The 5th person couldn’t sleep in the leaving room to much light. The service is ok - but have room to improve, for example - drinking glasses in the cupboard were broken, no sugar, we had to chase the service to get additional duvet (so each kid can have his own blanket) etc..,

1. the apartment is in 4th floor without elevator 2. Photos have nothing to do with reality 3. It is next building to Embassy of US therefore, you cannot park car in any place and its very hard to arrive there by car or by taxi

Upon arrival, you’d usually expect a welcome note with instructions on how everything works, maybe some basic items like tea/coffee etc. But when we arrived there was no instructions/welcome note or anything to make us feel welcome/comfortable. We ended up having cold showers because we did not know you had to turn on a switch and wait 30 mins for hot water! We arrived at 8pm at night, so it would have been nice not to have gone out looking for a shop in a foreign country for basic items (tea/coffee/milk). The owner offered us an upgrade before arriving, to a “bigger” apartment. However, the apartment he gave us was outdated and had only one bathroom accessed via one bedroom (en suite) and a very small second bedroom. I had to wait for my friend to wake up before I could shower ***do not accept an upgrade without fully researching*** The owner would have been fully aware of the massive crane/development and noisy building works outside the balcony of the “upgrade” apartment and yet he did not inform us of this!! I contacted the owner to advise of my disappointment and asked to meet him to discuss. He did not respond and I had to chase him several times. He replied to tell me that he was sick. I explained my concerns (as above). He said the crane would be in front of the other apartment too. I pointed out that that could not be true because his original message said it was in another building! I am led to believe this apartment on booking.com must not be real. The owner does not have any customer service skills, accusing me of being rude for advising him of the above and saying “I don't need this energy in my life. All the best” Would not book again. Very poor value for money and rude owner!

Beautiful apartment, great view, great location. Super clean, all new surfaces in apartment. Hosts super responsive on whatsapp/whatsapp call. Be sure to complete all checkin requirements pre-arrival. This is our fifth trip to Tel Aviv and by far our favorite spot. You get what you pay for.

As is common for Tel Aviv beach area, the apartment is up 3 flights of stairs. Note the lighted red light switch upon entry to turn on lights in stairwell. Not a problem for us, but you should be aware. The vacant lot in front of the building is a staging area for construction, so there is some noise starting at 8 am.
