Nice clean rooms, superb view

Food options bit limited and more like a fast food chain

Lots of things - beautiful wine farm with dam and large room - staff were friendly and it was clean. The breakfast included was very good with lots of different options.

The one light and tv wasn’t working - the bathroom sink drain was blocked and we had to unblock it. The shower was too small

Nothing!

Booking.com, this time you disappointed us. The images you portrayed for the accommodation we booked and in our booking confirmation were TOTALLY incorrect and NOT the room we were given. I was told by the venue that YOU have not updated your website with the correct images... I blame both yourselves and the accommodation facilities for this false and misleading information. We were given another room, which was just as disappointing but had no further options, so HAD to take it. We chose to upgrade to have a coffee machine in the room, and neither room had this on offer! Unless you call coffee sachets a coffee machine... another false advertising! I will be very interested to see if anyone takes the time to come back to me with an honest reason why you are providing false information. Oh and the view from our room is a car park, lovely! The only positive was the attitude of the staff who really were apologetic, but powerless to make any difference.

Beautiful setting and friendly staff. Excellent food and wine!

They had so many functions and groups during the day at the restaurant and premises that it was too crowded and we could almost not have food. Our room was not too clean and the curtain came off the railing. Attention to detail missing for what you pay.

The restaurant and food were excellent and a big variety to choose from.

The room was basic as well as the furniture. The bed and pillows were hard and uncomfortable. The door had an opening at the bottom and little frogs came in during the night. Not a pleasant experience. The curtains were not hanging properly and looked very untidy. We did our own dishes but was not supplied with a drying cloth or kitchen towel. They had a note in the bathroom, asking you to shower for only 3minutes due to a shortage of water, but the outside sprinklers were on 3 hours in the morning and again 3 hours in the afternoon. What a waste of precious water......

El bungalow era muy acogedor, en un entorno muy bonito, limpio y con todo lo necesario.

Lo que dejó mucho que desear fue la cata de vinos, sin explicaciones, vinos muy simples y sin poder degustarlos con una tabla de quesos y embutidos, porque se les había acabado!!!

I appreciated the spectacular view of my room over the dam , the breakfast was to die for and the helpfulness of the staff to secure that you are comfortable and safe. I will definitely book their again..this time for leisure
