Getting the key instructions a bit different especially in the dark

The location is great with plenty of local restaurants, also the ability to have a 2 bedroom apartment is key for our business.

Single toilet and it was a super tiny room. The bathroom had 2 doors making it uncomfortable experience at times, and the shower had no screen allowing water to splash onto the floor. I understand they are going for a certain style there but its been done badly sorry.

The location was perfect for the purpose we were there. The building is really well maintained. The unit’s location ensures minimal disturbance from other residents. WA holidays who manage the property were super quick to respond to my queries. Well stocked with kitchen cleaning supplies. Plenty of dishwasher tablets, cloths, toilet paper, etc.

As with many holiday apartments, the furniture was tired, dated and mismatched. Time to let go of the 80’s Spanish style! Bedroom carpets need replacing. Square crockery - yuck. Small bedrooms and kitchen.

I thought that the location and room was fantastic. Very happy.

I thought that the check-in and checkout process was a little strange. I realise that businesses have changed because of the pandemic. However, keeping a humanless process, I thought, was a tad confusing. Especially when you are a first-time traveller dealing with airports rental cars maps and parking .sometimes having someone dumb something down like a check-in process and have a friendly local who can help with enquiries while people are on holiday would have been awesome.

well equipped and large property , beautiful view from balcony. great property but if any glitches don't expect any help eg my microwave was not working . no help.

Location prime. Caroline very pleasant and helpful.

Apartment needed attention. Sliding cupboard doors did not work, so no shelf spacing. Was not cleaned at all well. Sheets still on the fold up couch from previous stays. Dirty drawers and under beds and carpets. Chairs at main dining table were sagging and probably need replacent.

location was great close to everything

collecting key from another property was a little problem but once located and next time I book, this won't be a problem
