The room was clean and the location is good.

There were people wandering around the hotel asking for smokes and money, which made my wife and son very uncomfortable.

Clean room and a very convenient location near the airport, Charles Paterson Park and Victoria Park shops. Nice hotel for the purpose of a short stay.

The staff could be a bit more friendly and hospitable. I wasn't offered the option of breakfast on check-in and so didn't know how to go about it. I went to cafes instead but it would've have been nice to know about the option. Also wasn't told any info about the area or hotel so had to figure it out on my own. Really just told where to find the lift so tiredly find the lift and room in the dark wasn't really fun. Guess that's the service you pay for though! Check-out was quick but again wasn't met with a friendly personality. Pool is advertised to be open from 7am/8am? but found it locked at 8.30am. Had to ask the pool cleaner to unlock it and awkwardly had to have a short swim in one half of the pool while he cleaned the pool. I'd probably suggest cleaning is done earlier and you unlock the pool when it's supposed to be open. There is a shuttle service to the airport and I was disappointed to find this is only offered Monday-Friday.

Room location. Not being able to get a later check out to 12pm as we didn’t arrive until 2:30am. Staff talking and loud trolleys going up and down the hall outside our room at 6am. Unable to order breakfast due to the time of our arrival. Weird marks on wall and dirt toilet.

Room lock was not working properly, door lock was missing a fitting, toilet paper roll holder was badly placed and broken, fridge was dirty, glasses were dirty, couch smelt, picture was broken, lights were only half working, air con was ordinary and old, the room #22 was constantly bombarded with the sound of maintenance trollies from early morning for hours on end.

The food from the restaurant was overall quiet horrible I mention to staff before checking out with no discount or refund offered 2 outta 3 meals were not edible disappointing and certainly a waste of 109 dollars

Close to entertainment I had booked

Reception staff member was rude. More interested in socialising with colleague, than welcoming guests. Also very noisy and what looked like blood on the lift buttons pit me off.

The room window rattled all night, it was noisy, I needed to get some sleep and literally laid awake all night. The bathroom was not clean, there was dust and hair in certain parts. Would not stay here again

no shuttle from airport because driver had covid…no alternative plans were made even with an email sent. Guest upstairs was screaming until early hours of the morning which wasn’t great after I had been flying for two days. This should have been resolved quicker

aircon wasnt the best - it was hot in the room. Booking said room it had a balcony overlooking pool which wasnt the case at all so little disappointed this time.

Great staff and room was well set out with all we needed. Very handy to Optus stadium and airport.

Exceptional noisy neighbors. I also didn't realise that there was no shuttle on weekends. TBH I only stayed here bc Country Comfort was booked out. Definitely won't be back here again

I booked this hotel because we needed to get to the airport for a 6am flight. The shuttle service was perfect and the hotel was very clean and comfortable.
