The hotel is superb! Very modern furniture and cozy atmosphere. the breakfast is very tasty

Clean place. Comfortable bed. Shower and bathroom nice and clean. Very friendly host. Free parking on the street. You can not pay with card, but thats not really a problem. Nice simple breakfast included.

Everything else. 60 euros is theft for such a poor place. The "apartment" lacked everything from lighting to shower. The table was not lit, it's hard to write. It was shaky and very squeking. The shower was kinf of sitting in the tub. No tea or coffee (kettle was, unusable). Of the two beds, only one was made, so two men slept together. They sent us to their restaurant for dinner which turned out to be a disaster.

We had a nice stay. The staff are very friendly, the room is quite big and clean. We travelled with our baby and there was plenty of room to set up his travel cot. The pension is located in a small village and it is a quiet place. There is a grocery store about 2 minutes walk away. The village is located near the main attractions (Lednice, Valtice, Mikulov etc.) The wifi in the room is very good. There is a small fridge. There are mosquito nets on the windows which is amazing!!! There are never screens on tje windows and the bugs always come into our rooms which I hate so this was a BIG plus for me. We could leave the windows open all the time without worrying that misquitoes would come bite us. Parking was free and nearby.

I guess our biggest disappointment was the breakfast. Booking.com has the breakfast rated as superb (9.1) but it is a rather simple breakfast they offer. Yes, there is some variety but everything is just basic. Example the pastries are not fresh, they are store bought and wrapped in plastic, the bread is either a plain roll or sliced bread, corn flakes for cereal etc. There is no fruit whatsoever. So the breakfast is quite good but no where near what I would call superb. Which in the end is not a big deal, it's just we were excited for something we thought would be a bit better. Besides breakfast, one side of our bed had springs that were broken so it would sink at one spot and the shower is very small. Also you can't pay by card. Only cash

Excellent value for money, very friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms. All in all, a fantastic place to disconnect.

The interior breakfast room is a little tight, so the stay is best enjoyed in fair weather.

Really nice breakfast, super clean, the owner seemed like a truly great guy. Huge plus: we saw a little hedgehog in the yard at night :)

The only minor thing: we were very cold during the night :( The season might be to blame.

Great bus connections to all the 'action', mosquito net, comfy beds, furniture older but in good working condition, lots of space to pit away clothes etc, big bathroom, good wifi, lovely staff, great terrace to sit on and drink their home made wines or their neighbours', lavender bushes everywhere... And definitely try out their cafe (Jasan), close to the bus stop when you want to go towards Lednice. Oh, and the local pizza place's pizza is very good!

A bit dark in the room due to a garden hedge bring in front of our room, however it meant a great night's sleep and not too hot in the mornings. Breakfast could do with some fresh fruit. Sound proofing could be better, although it didn't always bother us.
