Uitmuntende ligging voor excursies. Geen "transfers" nodig. Mooie grote kamer (zeezicht). Het hotel heeft overigens veel niet-zeezicht kamers. Deze zijn beduidend kleiner! Sommige hebben beperkt daglicht. Prima, Afrikaans, ontbijt. Vriendelijkheid staff voorbeeldig. Schoon.

Onze kamer met zee/haven zicht kreeg alle geluiden mee die horen bij een vracht- passagiers terminal. Ook de boulevard is levendig. Dit woog evenwel niet op tegen de mooie grote kamer en het uitzicht. Heel jammer dat men niet in staat was, na een stevige regenbui, om in ons deel van het hotel, de wi-fi (niet in 4 dagen i.i.g.) te herstellen.

Schönes historisches Hotel in zentraler Lage. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und extrem hilfsbereit. Trotz leichter Unstimmigkeiten , die jedoch gelöst wurden, vom stets freundlichen Personal, würde ich das Hotel nochmals buchen. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, direkt im Geschehen. Vor dem Hotel ist eine stark befahrene Straße und in direkter Nähe der Hafen. Zimmer mit Meerblick lohnen sich meiner Meinung nach nicht. Den Balkon nutzt man nicht wegen der Hitze. Nachts ist es laut wegen der stark frequentierten Straße. Zimmer zum Innenhof oder nach hinten machen mehr Sinn! Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig. Das Essen im Restaurant war super und günstig.

The location was central and we had the sea facing room so those views were absolutely exceptional. The architectural style is absolutely great and it should be kept as is, felt like we were staying in a castle. The room was spacious and all the things were working - the AC and the fan. They also come to spray a mosquito repellant which really gets the job done. The pool is amazing, the area around the pool is even better. You can wake up for a morning dip and hear the birds chirping We also caught the sunset from our room and I don’t regret. Wish I stayed longer and would recommend anyone

Atendimento no dia em que chegamos Localização Instalações

Não gostamos da forma como lidaram com o facto de terem comido os turkish delights que tínhamos comprado na Turquia. No check out pedimos para nos guardarem as malas porque íamos dar um passeio. Quando voltamos os doces tinham desaparecido. Na receção disseram nos que tinham sido colocados no lixo. Depois de muita insistência já nos trouxeram a caixa dos doces praticamente vazia. Não houve sequer a sugestão de nos compensarem já que tínhamos gasto 48€ e era uma surpresa para levar para o nosso filho. Ficamos tristes e com uma imagem muito negativa do pessoal do hotel. Lamentável.
