Appartement hyper bien situé en centre ville 5min à pied du duomo, super propre tout équipé, et calme !! Je recommande sans hésitation !! Mon fiancé m’a demandé en mariage et ils ont tout organisés c’était magnifique un voyage que je n’oublierais jamais !!

The host is very nice and very helpful, he politely helps me move all my stuff and luggage to the room and clearly explain how to use the room.
I don't like noisy from the street, mostly tram. Makes me sleepless at night and I don't like the damaged shower It makes the bathroom wet and messy. Too little toilet paper and garbage bags were provided.

Location was great. The cafe next door was very good and convenient for breakfast. The hosts of Milan Suites were very friendly and helpful. We had a hot water problem, and they fixed it very quickly.
There is no towel hanger in the bathroom. We didn't find a place to keep our towels....

Location was excellent. Room was compact and very comfortable with everything needed including complementary coffee/tea and water at check in. Staff are super responsive and helpful.
It didn’t really bother us but just a note that the tram runs down the street so that if you are a light sleeper this could be an issue for you.

Он заверил, что все будет готово к нашему приезду. В итоге на 5 человек мы имели всего две застреленные кровати в двух апартаментах. Отсутствие белья и полотенец. До 2 часов ночи пытались решить эту проблему, дежурный на телефоне администратор выделил нам третьи апартаменты на одну ночь, чтобы переночевать. В части здания идет ремонт. Ночью вывозят строительный мусор((. В лифт помещается только один человек с одним чемоданом. Шумоизоляция никакая. Рядом со зданием трамвайные пути и очень шумно. Также большие проблемы с отоплением и горячей водой.

Appartement très bien situé, calme, confortable et spacieux. Personnel très réactif (problème d'eau chaude réglé en un rien de temps un dimanche matin) et très aimable (possibilité de laisser les bagages très appréciable avant de prendre le train). Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Milan en famille !

Appartamento molto pulito anche dove normalmente non si guarda, ben arredato e spazioso è accessoriato con tutto quello che serve per soggiornare. Il letto e il divano letto entrambi comodi e spaziosi con una buona biancheria. L’accoglienza degli ospiti avviene da remoto ed è impeccabile. La posizione in pieno centro lo rendono comodissimo.
Solo per dovere di cronaca la ciambella del wc non è del modello giusto e si muove ma nulla che infastidisca o precluda il soggiorno.

Location in Brera was excellent.
Overlooked a busy tram line intersection. Room did not have sound proof balcony door. So exceptionally noisy. They even provide aeroplane style ear plugs to help you sleep. Apartment is not as new as shown in photos especially the bathroom.

Very good communication, the managers responded rapidly. I had some minor issues and they were dealt with promptly.

The location was perfect. We were able to walk to sites, restaurants, and shops easily. The apartment was behind a gated courtyard and on the ground floor. Super convenient. A friendly representative met me with the keys, let us bring in luggage early, and had some great local recommendations. They also supplied us with a nice coffee and tea selection. We will stay in this unit again.
All was great, but the AC unit in the larger bedroom leaked a bit of water onto the floor. It wasn't a problem for us and I'm sure it is an easy fix.

It was roomy and clean
Extremely noisy trams right outside the window thundering past around every five to ten minutes. Not a lot of restaurants nearby. Staff were nice and apologetic but very vague and totally disorganised. Had two beds but only one blanket. Had to ask twice for a blanket and it took two days to be delivered so was cold for two nights.
No sorry I cannot recommend this apartment.

The location is ok for walking, the host is responsive.
The apartment is in front of the main road, quiet loud with the traffic and small road, it's not easy to find parking lot. We were traveling with family with some big luggage, we came early in the morning, but the host didn't handle us well. It was very disappointed.
It was some few steps before you can reach the Elevator. Expect the Elevator is very small

Schimmel überall in der Wohnung, viele Sachen in der Wohnung war Kaputt, so teuer Wohnung über 860,- Euro für 2 Nächte Erdgeschoss , im Hinterhof, Bis jetzt glaube ich nicht, dass ich diese Wohnung gemietet habe.
Ich weiß nicht , wo kann ich reklamieren, um mein recht zu bekommen. Sehr gefährlich für die Gesundheit wegen dem Schimmel

The location was amazing, close to everything. The company that manages the apartment were easy to communicate with and since the apartment was not occupied when we arrived there they allowed us to get in earlier then 3pm. The apartment itself was clean and spacious, and also provided a washer and dryer. The building provides an elevator to the apartment, which for older buildings like this are not as common. The building is located very close to Metro station, 1 minute walk, and train station, 5-10 minute walk. The building is 5 minute walk to Duomo and a lot of great restaurants. We loved everything about this apartment
I think everything was perfect. If I visited Milan again I would definitely stay there again if the place is available.

Staff were absolutely lovely - great check in process and very nice clean apartment. Big bathroom, sofa bed was actually very comfortable. Had a fridge and washing machine which was ideal
Air conditioner was not very strong and we didn’t have full control from the room. Given we were there in summer, it was warmer than we would have liked in the room

The jung lady, who brought us the keys, was very kind and helpfull, answered all our questions with a smile on her face, send us a list of the restaurants per whats up, gave us a lot of tips, booked a taxi - nice experience on arrival! The apartment is great, location outstanding, 5 min walk to La Scala and less than 10 min to Duomo.
There was nothing not to be liked, I was lucky to have found this apartment and booked it. I will book it again for sure if I should be visiting Milano, which hopefully I will!
