Perhaps they can upgrade their breakfast, overall so far ok consider on their reasonable price. Thank you.

The room was not well insulated from outside noise. I could hear people talking next room and from the corridors. One night the idiots next door got up at 4am talked and laughed for an hour despite my complaint to the reception. They should be thrown out,

The location is perfect, next to the Monkey Forest, you can see monkeys around.

Decent location. 25min walk from the beach

Room is too loud. Music from 7am in the morning till late at night coming from the main lobby. Window was broken. Safe did not work

I enjoyed the breakfast meals, proper traditional Indonesian full on meals. The staff were super helpful, friendly and helpful. Yoga in particular was very good and helped with information, organised me a driver for half the day and asked if I wanted to buy something to eat on the way to hotel, as there were not many food places open at the time arrived 12am. In walking distance to grocery store, local warungs, restos, shopping and places like Burger King, a cellphone repair and accessory store with local chargers, massage places, etc.

I think the hotel could do with an update, many items are looking old and tired already. A fresh coat of paint as you can see the walls, are stained, dirty in part and just in need of some deep cleaning or painting. The room was tidied daily and I can't fault them on this, but just feel some items cannot be cleaned like the stains in the basin, etc. Having said all of the above in terms of what I paid for it, it was what it was. I just don't think you should expect luxury accommodation as it's a 3 star for sure.

not enough amenities

The location for us is good. we rented motorcycles so we could go to nearest starbucks reserve & seminyak beach. the airport is 20-30 minutes by car. Nearby there's krisna and food like burger king. The room for 3 person is great, no noise. we didn't hear the sound of heavy rain and traffic.
