Stunning surrounding gardens/jungle, close to beach and far nicer hotels for meals/activities, bedroom view

Unhygienic and uncomfortable bathroom, bed/bedding and towels, lack of safety with room. air con not great, rooms generally require huge upgrades and care. Strange timings for pool. Staff could have been more friendly.

Really nice design and decor. We liked the esthetic of this hotel. Smart tv was great add on for the kids! Terrace was relaxing. Pool was great - I only wish it was open after 19:00. Walking distance to beautiful beach and nice beach restaurants

The aircon took a while to cool down the room

Super freundliches Personal, toller Pool und tolle Liegen, Frühstück für thailändische Verhältnisse okay, Zimmer hübsch, Wasserdruck der Dusche könnte besser sein, kleines Dörfchen, 5-10 min zum Strand.. alles was man braucht vorhanden, wer Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig. Alles in Allem eine schöne Anlage, man sollte aber gut zu Fuß sein aufgrund der vielen Stufen.

Unser Zimmer wurde in den 4 Tagen nicht einmal gereinigt. Zum Zeitpunkt als das Zimmermädchen kommen wollte, hat unsere Tochter gerade geschlafen. Dann wurden einfach frisches Wasser und Toilettenpapier vor die Türe gestellt und fertig. Handtücher mussten wir uns selbst organisieren. Viele der Handtücher sind bereits „zerfetzt“ und sollten ersetzt werden. Die Treppen in der Unterkunft und runter auf die Terrasse sind sehr steil und ohne Geländer. Viele Moskitos auf der Terrasse weshalb wir diese nicht genutzt haben. Aber dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts.

Modernes Zimmer, Poolbereich, schöne Anlage, einer der schönsten Strände der Insel in 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar, Motorbike können gemietet werden

Nicht so viel Stauraum im Zimmer fürs Gepäck, könnte mehr Haken etc. an den Wänden geben

What an incredible property. The location is ideal. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The villa was gorgeous. The pool is breathtaking at sunset and the water was very refreshing. They have showers at the pool to wash off the chlorine which was great. The restaurant next to the pool has good food for a reasonable price. The wifi was strong. The AC worked very well.

Our only issue was with the shower in our villa. It’s the only bad thing I have to say. There was no pressure and rarely any hot water which made showers for a woman with long thick hair kind of a bad experience.

i like this hotel. very cozy and very nice.. infinity pool so amazing.. and nice view. the room very style and big. village vibes. got patio down your house. really relexing.

for those have kids with stroller is very hard. because the room located at hill.. so u neeed to climb up and the pathway cant use stroller..

The staff were absolutely incredible, which genuinely made such a difference. The food was also great, with absolutely sensational views. The pool was also brilliant and the moped rental is also so helpful. The room service was also excellent!

The lighting at night on the path was not great, and also the monkeys that ate our AirPods were not ideal however it’s not the hotels fault!!
