The location was okish, the room was clean and the parking was safe
Quite old hotel and not well maintained. The breakfast was also not good... A solution for at most for one night, I would say.

Hotel Europa has a nice, modern, wide, comfortable premises. Our room 316 has a beautiful, big terrace, and a new bathroom. There is a big and fast elevator.
There is a huge parking. The hotel is well positioned (about 4km to the center of beautiful Zagreb).
Snježana, a young receptionist is very kind and supportive with various suggestions on what to see in Zagreb.
Breakfast could be much better...or could be avoided!

Staff was friendly and helpful.
Beds were old and uncomfortable and on turning side on the bed it made squeaking noise. Breakfast was almost terrible.

The hotel offered an upgrade in the same price, the bathroom was very clean, the room was very clean and comfortable, all of the facilities were very clean. The free parking space was amazing. The neighborhood was safe and quiet.
The breakfast was decent, but there should be some more options regarding the menu.

There was no remote control for air condition in the room and it was cold. I need to go to reception area to ask for it … Breakfast was very cheap and limited, its not 3 stars hotel, more like 2 stars … atmosphere cold …

The room was clean and spacious. There were a big balcony. Breakfast was fine, but not special.
I don't remember, that I could write so many bad things about hotel ever. There was a strong smell of air fresheners in the room, that it was impossible to breathe. Only cold water in the shower here. My five-year-old son was the first to find the broken electrical outlet. The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable.
We were woken up by the drilling of the wall at 8:00 am. Happy to leave this hotel, happy that I didn't book four days instead of one. We are staying in another nice hotel now.

Breakfast was terrible, absolutely no vegetables - nothing at all.

Location, parking, spacious room, friendly staff were positive. Breakfast was basic but decent. I only read the reviews after booking, so I was concerned with some reviews but I've asked to be put in a renovated room which turned out ok.
They should pay more attention to detail when cleaning. You could see the room was clean but the toilet was cleaned very superficially. Common spaces like restaurant are outdated and worn out. Had better stays for same price or less
