The room is clean, stylish and well appointed. The bathroom is very large and comfortable, also the bed is large and comfortable. There is air conditioner, a table and chairs for work. Since we came to work, the workplace was important for us. Cool and big pool with cool palm trees and views. We also ordered breakfast, lunch and dinner and everything was very tasty and on time. The area is clean and was cleaning every day. Oliver is very open, polite, cheerful. We really enjoyed it, we already miss it. Therefore, the next time we are here, we will definitely check in again and we also recommend it to you.

Lovely place with a lot of space! The owner is very friendly and his car is very cool (not that that is relevant btw😂😂😂)

One small suggestion: the smell in the room is maybe a bit funny because of the kind of cleaning stuff that is used?

Very beautiful, calm and cosy place. Breakfast is delicious as well. The owner and his family are really lovely.

Oliver’s place is perfect, away from the parties, road and train. Excellent rest at night. Good breakfast at any time of the day. Pool. You feel like you are at your own summer house in the jungles. Oliver himself is a great host.

on Booking.com in the description of room the was the mentioning of the ‘private pool’ assigned to this house but the pool is for everyone’s use. we never had anyone using the pool at the same time with us, so it was private.

the comfort of the porch (because it was raining a lot during our visit). Also the swimmingpool was relaxing overall it was a nice stay. If you like there is also a tuctuc driver who knows the owner of the place (oliver) and he can drive you everywhere for a fair price.

there were cockroaches. First time that we saw them in sri lanka at our place (last stay) but also the first stay with a kitchen. the space was smaller than the pictures, it were all small rooms, so no big nice living room with kitchen on the side. For a long stay we prefer a more cosy living.

Swimming pool.

The property is big and has a big fence around. The pool looked nice, i havent been in though. The host is friendly and lives there with his family.

Sometimes the dog was running around free and even entered our room. We were scared. Maybe it would help to introduce the new guests to the dog so we know each other and know that we are friends. The property is far away from the citycentre. We always needed a tuktuk. Pickme most of the time didnt work. So If you dont have a scooter to go yourself you need to go to the road and catch a tuktuk that is passing by.

The property was beautiful, lovely gardens, lovely pool, lovely rooms. Lovely hosts. Perfect!!
