I loved everything about my stay here My room was very comfortable & spotlessly clean, with a good amount of space and storage, powerful fans, cotton sheets, plenty of towels, & good shutters/mosquito screens (definitely an essential at this time of year!). Plus there's a well-equipped kitchen, genuinely friendly staff, free use of bikes & kayaks, books to borrow, drinking water for a very reasonable contribution, coffee, and a really cute & well-kept outdoor seating area & hammocks. I expected that I would need to wait sometimes to use the shared washroom facilities as there just 1 toilet & 1 shower (in separate rooms), but never did. The location is excellent - in the middle of everything yet quiet, and I really liked the mangrove/sea access at the back of the hotel, it's so peaceful & pretty (and if you're lucky you might see a croc!). I definitely plan to stay here again (and would have already if my dates were available!)

I liked absolutely everything. If I could change one tiny thing, I think my room (3 - Seahorse) was the farthest from the wifi router, so I did need to leave my room to get a strong enough connection to make calls. But it was generally a strong enough signal for watching shows, working online or browsing the internet, so not problematic at all.

It’s basic but in a good location. The staff is nice, grounds are clean, and cabins spacious. The price is good.

I stayed here while working remotely. There is no air conditioning which was expected because of the price point. The internet was not as reliable as I would have liked and the cabin got really hot in the afternoon. The internet did not seem to extend to the outdoor rec areas which was frustrating due to the heat. The outdoor temp was cooler than the cabin and I could not take advantage of that. Occasionally I wished there was more than one bathroom and that it had some ventilation in it. It gets hot fast in there!

I stayed in a Cabaña with private bathroom and AC and it was great. Rooms were clean and hammocks outside the rooms and around the property were a nice touch. Great location right next to the Split and the Lazy Lizard.

Everything. Room was very clean and comfortable with a working AC and fan. Great location for a good price. Also, the manager, I believe Robbie, was very friendly, competent and helpful. Kitchen was well equipped too.

The owner and his family is super friendly. The location is good, water refill for 1 belize doller / day, free kajak and bike rental, cute rooms with hammock and a lot of space, kitchen, everything is clean, bed is comfortable We felt like coming home. Probably the best guesthouse on the island - especially for this price.

The air con could be better. But it is also a fan im the room, so everything fine. A small light next to the bed would be great.

The atmosphere at this delightful guesthouse is lively, the location is perfect, and I loved all the wild colors of the different buildings. Our room was simple with a spacious feel and good air flow. Very friendly management.

We shared a bathroom with 2 other rooms and there was frequently a wait for the toilet or sink, which were in one room. The one shower was never a problem.

Great location. Loved the room - it was comfy and pretty. There's a kitchen and unlimited drinking water for a dollar a day. They have kayaks and bikes available! Super nice family with a cute dog own the place. Near the split which is pretty cool!

Really happy with stay. :) Can only recommend. Easy check in, great location, great and easy to talk to staff. Working Internet. Place look awsome and like on photos on Booking.com. You can lay in hammock and chill. On top you can rent for free bikes, kayaks.

Great location, everything you could want is close by. Nice little courtyard. Shared kitchen available if you chose. I had an upstairs room at the front of the property, loved hanging out in the hammock in the evenings in the cool breeze!

This location is an absolute gem: central but far enough from the busyness and the noise, helpful and friendly staff, and cosy and cute facilities. The private room and mattress are comfortable, and you have everything you need around. Kitchen is well equipped and although the toilet is shared I didn't really have to wait any time as both the toilet and shower are separate. And although my room had open windows I had the best night sleeps of my whole trip. Absolutely wonderful and very good price-quality ratio, really hoping to coming back some day!

Nothing, but in order to make it a 10+ it would be good to have a light on the night stand for having a more cosy light at night and read a book. And it would be great to be able to turn off ourselves the individual porch lights in fron of our own rooms. But minor things, this stay was seriously perfect :)

We cannot say enough great things about this place! The owners were wonderful and staff were so friendly, and take such great care of this place! Very impressed with how clean it was. We stayed in the bedroom with a shared bathroom, and it was just steps across the courtyard. Very convenient! We would stay here every time!

The property is really well located, near the split and near all the shops and restaurants. But it’s still quiet. It’s very colorful and relaxing. The staff are so welcoming and attentive to your questions and needs.

I had the best experience at Sea n' Sun! The hosts were so friendly and approachable. They went above and beyond to make sure that the guests were satisfied. The room was cleaned every day and the common area was beautiful and magical! The access to kayaks (private dock!), hammocks, and bikes was the cherry on top. The room was very affordable and the location could not have been better. I would 100% recommend people stay here and will hopefully return myself again someday!

I really cannot say enough good things about this accommodation. We have been travelling to Caye Caulker yearly for a long time now and this has been our most comfortable, clean, and conveniently located stay. Robbie and Ivy were very kind and personable and made sure we had everything we needed on arrival, including their contact info and wifi. The a/c in our room worked great. We will definitely be staying here again.

the garden and the balcony. We liked the large room. the smaller room was cramped, noisy and hot. the shared kitchen was great. it was neat to have bikes included.

The rooms got a lot of sand in them and there was no room service. I suggest they provide guests with a broom so we can sweep out the sand ourselves.

Perfect stay! Spacious rooms with everything you need: an outside, clean drinkwater, comfortable beds, coffee and a nice host.

Warm, knowledgeable hosts are so helpful and bi-cultural. Bright, pretty , well maintained buildings. We were in the treehouse room- great! Accommodations are very basic and spotless, so if you're active during the day and mainly need your room for sleeping comfortably and changing swimsuits, it's quite adequate. The air conditioning was great to fight the mugginess. The rooms all have hammocks outside. Great quiet location off the main street and near the Split. Bikes and kayaks available and we used them! Neat & tidy kitchen with tables in a lovely shaded patio. We'd definitely return!

Single toilet shared by all guest rooms but usually vacant and very clean. I always want a bedside reading lamp- bring your own.

Gorgeous accomodation with lovely staff. Good facilities, filtered water provided, within walking distance of The Split. Shared bathroom and shower were great. Kitchen was sufficent for cooking a simple meal. Outside seating was lovely.

No air-con but there were two fans in our room which did the job

This was one of my favorite places I have stayed. Before we even arrived, Robbie was so helpful with giving me information on buses and boats. He gave us such a warm welcome and was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The common area was lovely and kept very clean throughout the day. There was free access to kayaks and bikes. The room was cosy and spacious. The guest house is located right in the middle of everything and there was options of food and drinks all around. We had a great stay here and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxed time.

If you were a solo traveller or someone looking to socialize, this stay was a more relaxed vibe.

not the cheapest stay on the island, but well worth it, cause you can cook your own food (restaurants and streetfood are expensive on the island) and you got the kayak and bikes

Lovely place in a great location on the island. Our room was clean and spacious. There is a great communal area with sand underfoot and trees around for people to chill in. The owners Robbie and Ivy went above and beyond with great tips and always made sure we had everything we needed. Really lovely people. Couldn't recommend enough.

Very nice place with rooms painted beautifully colorful on the outside and extremely friendly hosts! Free use of bikes and kayak is a big bonus. They constantly lighted anti-mosquito raids as well for us

I got lockout and was able to get the door open at a reasonable time. Everyone was welcoming and friendly.

there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room. Maybe something was broken so that they had the chance to come into the room.
