Прекрасное месторасположение, красивый номер с балконом, обильный завтрак, просторная ванная комната. Из номера видно море. По нашей просьбе продлили выезд из номера на 2 часа. Приятным сюрпризом было вино и фрукты в номере в качестве презента от гостиницы.
немного долгое обслуживание на завтраке. Плохая гидроизоляция в душе. Трудная парковка у гостиницы

מיקום המלון .
גודל המרפסת .
הזמנו חדר עם בריכה פרטית וג'קוזי .
לא היה כתוב בדף ההזמנה או בפרסום החדר שהבריכה מרוקנת ולא פעילה !
את הג'קוזי לא היה אפשרי למלא במים חמים כי לא היו מספיק מים חמים בברזים .
וניסינו לעשות זאת במשך כל השהות בחדר ,בכל יום או לילה !!
מרפסת אמנם גדולה , אך לצערי לא היהניתן לקבל חימום להנעים את השהות במרפסת (ביקשנו ולא קיבלנו) . לא היו שולחן או כסאות ( רק ספות שיזוף).את התאורה במרפסת לא ניתנן לכבות בלילה וזה הפריע מאוד .
הנקיון ברמה בינונית גם בחדר וגם במרפסת.
ארוחת הבוקר לא מאפיינת מלון בוטיק .
זו הפעם השלישית שלנו במלון זה והפעם רצינו להתפנק מהחדר הטוב ביותר והתאכזבנו .

The suite was so big, clean and bed very very confortable. Sea views. Big restroom. Tatsy food.
The closet very small. Spa was a bit simple. There isn't coffee machine or snacks in the minibar. There isn't the bar in the first floor.

Nice, cosy, very clean hotel with friendly and helpfull staff. Car parking was easy. Good breakfast and very good location. Highly recommended! Won’t hesitate to stay there again!

Check in service was amazing, having the host guiding us all the way to our room (she was awesome!).
Room was big, comfy, clean, great bed and a large balcony. Just great!
Breakfast area is super nice and staff are super kind and efficient. Food was amazing and my wife and I simply loved it!
Yes, we’ll go back to this place and we definitely recommend staying here.
Ps.: across the street there’s a super nice bar to hangout during the night. Just make sure to make a reservation, cause they are always packed.

The staff were really nice especially yanita, Or, Vanessa and Nophar! They were very helpful and kind and the rooftop was very nice
There were some maintenance issues but the hotel handled it really well and made us feel better, they went above and beyond what would be expected from an israeli company!

Wowowow 😍 I don't know if you could stay at a nicer hotel. Staff is superb. Room far exceeded expectations with cleanliness, view, and was exceptionally nice overall. Get the included breakfast - it is quality Israeli food from the attached restaurant. Lots of vegetarian options available with it. So happy I took my husband here for his first time in TLV

Good room sizes. Balconies with views of the sea.
Great breakfast menu served till 1pm.
Snacks savoury and sweet as well as coffee and other drink’s available in the reception most of the day free for hotel guests.
We have stayed many times and Browns Beach house is where we prefer to stay.

The location is fantastic. A few steps from the beach and near the center.
The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Especially the Manager Dikla and the front desk Nofar and the whole crew. It was a beautiful stay and we can warmly recommend this hotel!

the location and the food was great. we had a balcony with sea view, I loved it.
the rooms were dirty, outdated. old carpets, dirty walls and so on.
