This property is spacious and ideally located for the ski bus. The owner is welcoming and was keen to assist with anything that would make our stay more comfortable.

Frau Seiss was really welcoming and helpful. She speaks excellent English but she humoured me when I practised my poor German. (Most people switch to English immediately which is frustrating if you want to try out your language skills)! She was ready to greet us on arrival and explained everything that we needed to know. The bus to take us the 2km into St Anton came 3 times an hour and the stop is directly in front of the apartment. There was ski storage at the apartment but Frau Seiss gave us tickets to store our equipment in the village. The apartment was huge which was important to us since unfortunately 2 of our party had to do some "working from home" during our stay.

The bathrooms and kitchen were dated, but perhaps that's part of the charm!

We stayed with Renate at Apartment Siess for 7 days (Saturday to Saturday). Renate is the most warm and welcoming host who went above and beyond to make sure we had a great trip. Although we arrived before our check in time, she helped us store our bags (including all ski equipment), and gave us very useful information about the town, bus routes, etc. The entire apartment was extremely clean and felt very homey. One of the biggest selling points was that all the rooms had proper and comfortable beds (not sofa or pull-out beds). The kitchen is big and fully equipped, and there was a spacious dining area which was perfect for a big group or family. Although it is slightly further (10mins bus) from the main ski lifts, we didn’t find this to be a problem at all. There is a free and reliable bus stop right outside the apartment, and the biggest bonus is that Renate provided us free ski lockers in Alber Sports which is right next to the Galzigbahn (the main lift from st Anton). We stored all our skis and boots there which meant no dragging our stuff all the way back and we could stay in the town without worrying about our equipment! I dont normally leave a long review but this place and Renate deserves so much credit. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, warm and spacious apartment with an incredible local host, m book this now. Renate we cant thank you enough for taking such good care of us, and we’re looking forward to coming back already!

Absolutely nothing.

The apartment was much larger than expected and the host could not have been nicer or more helpful. A great week. We were also the only English, so i think we found a real gem the Austrians want to keep for themselves.

The Wifi was not fast enough for 4 teenagers, but not a huge issue as the snow was great.
