Beautiful cozy garden and very hospitable hosts.

Very polite staff, amazing backyard. The room was very beautiful and cozy. I loved the swing & the kitties in the yard :) AC was working good. It had 3 different light modes in the room. Great price.

The wifi in my room didn't work well, I guess it was further from the modem. It wasn't a problem during the day, since I spent time in the beautiful backyard where it worked well, but a bit uncomfortable at night. Also the place is a bit hard to find on Google maps. That being said, it still was totally worth it!

Good Villa and good place. Also good hospitality from the owner.

Just no restaurants or shops close by.

First impression was a very lovely Villa and the owner was super nice. Parking outside or in driveway was no problem. Room was cozy - not huge but very nice. The balcony was Amazing as was the comfy couch. The lounge area was superb and spacious. Each floor has a kitchen and washing machine. You can eat the fruit and the owner mentioned some people fired up the barbecue area. I did get here by car as the location is a bit out of the way. But I went to the Seaside Restaurant and it was amazing! Great food, fantastic view and service. (next to Buz Bar but dont go here - horrible service so I left and went to Seaside next door). All in all a very lovely stay at Hasanovs Villa.

On the top floor put up a rail as soon as possible! I would hate for someone to trip and fall.

For me this place was perfect. Super nice and really clean rooms. As it is was not that busy in November I was on my own in my little apartment and was able to use the living room and kitchen all by myself. I am travelling in my van and my heating system stopped working. That’s why I booked the room and didn’t care about staying out of Baku. Hasan was super nice and helped me with buying a new battery driving to different places with me, borrowing tools etc. I enjoyed this quite little paradise, spending time outside in the sun, doing some work etc. I also went to the beach close by for running. It is not super clean but I enjoyed it. Hasan also offers food and will try to help you with everything. I wish Hasan all the best with his future plans, opening a restaurant and with his second building which is under construction now. I definitely would come back and can absolutely recommend this place.

Everything was perfect, from the moment of meeting us at the airport until the check out. Very friendly staff, good food. Quality is excellent for the given price! Thank you very much for making our short vacation so amazing!

Owner of villa is very cooperative. Carrying . He built this villa in nature loving style. U can enjoy here fruitful trees hens,ducks ,cats ,yrad ,veranda,BBQ.,breakfast.lunch,dinner .u will not feel homesickness . U r here as relaxed as ur own home.He can talk in English. Azerbaijan people almost don't know English. Location is little bit far away from city center but u can enjoy this place. Taking bus no 171 u can easily go to Korogulo bus station form there u can easily approach to city areas by metro. Best and cheap place u can't find in Azerbaijan than this. Love to live this place. Thanks for owner's hospitality.
