Very big cottage, full of space for 4, on average bigger than usual ones. Well furnished. We had a good stay, thank you!

Location was good, there are not many accomodation places around. It was quiet and clean.

The house was extremly small as for us 6 (note that max occupation is 8). The double beds were uncomfortable to sleep in for 2 people of regular size. Matterasses should have been changed long time ago. One of the bunk beds has No protection, so that it was possible to roll down during sleep (we were lucky not to use max capacity)

shower area was too dark. curtains were just a piece of linen, and was unable to shade the light from outside, but Iceland in June has round-the-clock sunlight, I really could not rest/sleep during my stay. Kitchen was clean, but not well-equipped (with basic cooking needs, such as salt, sugar and pepper). Big see-through glass on front door, but no curtain or anything to cover the glass➡️very inconsiderate and lack of privacy!

Location was great. There was plenty of hot water and heat in the cottage.

Website is out of date. There was no charcoal grill and no hot tub. Stovetop was glitchy and made it challenging to cook for my family.

The area is very beautiful and peaceful and the surrounding nature is amazing. The reception is really welcoming and very helpful. Hörgsland cottages are located just next to the main road, so, they're easy to access.

We stayed for only one night and we didn't find anything that we disliked during our short stay. Maybe the curtains in the bedrooms could be replaced with new ones.

staff was grumpy and unhelpful. breakfast was overpriced. one roll of TP for 6 people, limited hot water, no hangers or hooks for towels.

great views, cute cottage, loved having our own space for our family of 4 with a kitchen and living space.

no black-out curtains and some windows didn’t have any curtains at all, which made it bright for the person sleeping in the loft since the daylight hours are so long.

icy roads not accessible easily, tv was not working, couldn’t change the temperature, the ceiling and doors were leaking something red, hair dryer was melted, kitchen was dirty, the toilet smells and was dirty

the small cottages were equipped with all the essential

Cute house, perfect location, nice atmosphere.

Smelly inside, hygiene was not good. Dirty spots on mattresses, dishes not clean (still wet and dirty spots on it).
