Amazing location near some great restaurants. Steps from the beach, which was just amazing.

Aircon could be upgraded and add ventilation into the bathroom area.

A little gem of a hotel with modern, inviting interiors, a pool, comfortable rooms and exceptionally friendly and attentive staff. A few good restaurants and a small supermarket are just around the corner and it’s a ten minute stroll to the beach. Wonderful place!

The owner is so lovely. Very welcoming and helpful. He drove us to the port at 6:30am this morning so we can move onto the next destination. For free of charge you can use his kayak too. The hotel is on a main ish road and the fisherman’s village is a 30 minute walk. The taxi’s vary in price dependent on the time of day and how many people are on there already. You could pay 50 baht one way then your return could be 200 baht per person. The Noi Friendly restaurant across the road is super cheap, always busy and has a great variety of food perfect for people on a budget or looking for good food. Beds are super comfy.

You do need to be out your room by 10am ish for your room to be cleaned.

we stayed in room 101 which we had our own pool and the entrance to the beach was by our room. We had a lovely outdoor area which over look the beach. we had our own living room and bedroom separately and the TV in the bedroom was a smart TV with Netflix and Amazon prime. very spacious bathroom and there’s a ceiling fan in the living room. This hotel is in a nice quiet area too so there was so loud noises at light. if you want to relax, this is the place for you. Great friendly staff❤️

only one bad thing I have to say about this room but it’s not really a big deal is that the main door of the room is a sliding door and it’s doesn’t shut the whole way. there’s a little gap on the door which is a little noticeable but it still locks and it’s still safe. we didn’t really had an issue with it too much but just wanted to put that out there. I also wouldn’t say it’s a private pool but no one else is allowed to use it, people can see you in the pool but that’s about it.

Great little spot. Lovely family. Lots of great food places around if you have a bike.

Room flooded when it rained. They tried to put down towels to stop the rain but the floor stoll flooded making it very bad for luggage and electronics

Just went there for 1 night and then moved on to Koh Phangan. But it was perfect. The bed was very big and it's directly next to the beach. And I got the chance to check in earlier, which was very nice! I've already booked another night before going to the airport again. It's located very close to the airport.

I booked one night for a transit stay to go to Koh Pha-Ngan the next day. The room was very spacious and comfortable. I had a budget room which was a little noisy (not bad, but you could hear the busy street), if you want to have it more quietly you should go for a room with sea view. But even from my room you could hear the ocean waves, which was very calming and nice. It’s a really nice price for what you get. The beach is clean and really beautiful. I had an Airport pickup which worked perfectly. To bangrak pier it’s about 5min with the taxi. The hotel employees were really friendly!

The AC was a little noisy.

Great place to stay. Great service, bedrooms very comfortable and clean. Very helpful owner, he let us play his guitars and we even got to have a jam with him.

cannot find anything to fault during our stay. we originally booked for 10 nights but changed our plans to stay longer.

Clean and comfortable room, bathroom didn't have a net or the window didn't close ( dont remember properly ) so a lot of mosquitoes inside of the bathroom. The hotel is clean, stuff is very friendly and helpful and has a nice view just next to the sea.

on the beach with plenty of restaurants and food options around. room was spacious, nicely decorated and good sized bathroom. provided beach bag and towels. not too far from ferry ports and airport too.

the rate was too much for this place. It was untidy and poorly maintained. No service whatsoever. The room didn't get cleaned in 2 days. The owner preferred to host dinner parties in reception. The sea view was a partial sea view, the whole hotel needs revamping and cleaning Properly.
