Great view, everything was clean and well- planned, overall very nice stay

It would be helpful to have someone to the reception longer within the day, especially for check-in (in order to skip going to Kaprun)

Some things were in the apartment but staff did a good job taking care of it

There is no damage at the table and they charge me 100 EUR and than after I left the hotel they charge 500 EUR without advance informed and we discussed about the damage there and they just 100 EUR what happens not fair at all you should inform me before that

Untransparency of pricing. When I book the hotel the price was different than the actual price. I have been charged 224 Euros more for cleaning!!!! that was not added in the amount in booking app, I believe if this is not optional and I have to take it anyway then it should be added in the origin price. I was surprised when I had to pay more than 220 euros for them because they have to clean the apartment after I leave!!! So frustrated

The location is very nice and directly on the lake Zell am See from the other side. The view is breathtaking and it is only 7 minutes drive from the city center. The staff is very wonderful and helpful, the apartment is spacious and has a beautiful balcony, the apartments have an elevator and free parking with a smart entry gate

The check-in was from Kaprun, around 15 minutes drive from stay location, you should pay attention on this, and they take deposit 300 euros in cash ONLY , just be prepared. The furniture needs renovation, as well as the presence of spiders. It was terrifying for children. It may need a solution, such as putting nets on windows and entrances.

Need larger towels

The main road to the Residence are close till july2022 and no one inform us, need to but more option for the pillows.

The large space, the comfortable beds, the location, the view, the car park.

You couldn’t control the central heating, so was very cold. The deposit has still not been returned within a month, still waiting. Having to pick the keys up in Kaprun, just an additional layer when travelling all that way. Very expensive for what it is.

Check in experience is very bad, it took 2 hours . I sent the property email 3 days before arrival to change the apartment to 2 bathrooms , and their reply: you have to do it through Booking.com. The apartment was available when I did check in and I’m welling to pay the fees but they insisted to do it through Booking.com! After hard time it was fixed by customer service of Booking.com. Housekeeping service is disastrous and disappointing. Imagine, I received the apartment and all kitchen stuffs in the dishwasher machine from previous guests!. I don’t know why they charge extra ( 189 € ) for end of cleaning service!. The balcony was not cleaned. I informed the receptionist and she promised to ask the housekeeper to clean it and not done in the same day.There is also spiders and insects. In conclusion: Very nice location and spacious apartment in the hands of bad management!

The location

The price increased when we ask to change the room because the bathroom was only one whuch is not enough for 3 guest. They charge me 400 Euro for cleaning for 2 rooms, the old one and the new one. Also, both of the rooms was not cleaned very well as there was a spiders and spider web everywhere. Finally the lady who works there was not supported at all, she's stick with here opinions regarding what I told her. Check out at 10 AM wasn't good and it's unfair.

Amazing view and location for apartment, friendly and nice staff, easy with key eventhough we arrived late in the evening. Loved it!!

The apartment was for up to 8 people with 4 bed rooms. 2 Rooms had 'only' small double beds (140-160 cm) so if 2 adults are sleeping there, you need to want to sleep close together. Was not a problem for us as the children used them.
