Comfortable apartment, very well equipped, sparkling clean and with a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. The staff were friendly and helpful. The ski room was also very well equipped and each apartment had their designated locker with boots heating.

Property was modern, well appointed and decently sized - equipped with a full kitchen. Views of the lake from the living room.

Check-in process was terrible - nobody manned the reception (very surprising given the price of the hotel). We had to stop another guest to let us in and show us where to pick up the keys. There was no message on booking.com to tell us how to check in. Really poor service. Room was not clean - we could smell the previous guests (the room smelt like exotic spices / curry). The shower had long black hair on the walls from the previous guests that had not been cleaned - which frankly was quite disgusting. Sofas had crumbs, assuming that this was also from the previous guests. Definitely not worth the price - we will not be back.

View and the rooms. The hotel is really clean and new, all rooms have amazing view. Very nice hosts.

There is a final cleaning charge of 80 euros, which we were not aware about before. This is kind of insulting as you pay already the room price that is not cheap. Also, they charge 80 euros and then ask you to bring the bottles to trash bins yourself. The sauna has great view but is not done right. 80 Celsius and 20 humidity is way to hot and dry. We tried to tell that to reception but they did not do anything. So although it's a nice touch to the facilities it's really not usable and healthy.

Spectacular view One of the best hotels I have been stayed in.. Room was comfortable, clean,it has cooker, oven, dishwasher, big refrigerator. Breakfast was really nice but need some variety.. Staff was helpful and especially Julia at the restaurant. Sure will come back again

everything was perfect

a tiny thing that bothered me was that the bed covers were annoying which were two small ones for one queen bed

The owner was not peaceful she was yelling at us when we left, we paid more for my kids , and no one was at the reception when we arrived. We had to check in ourselves, plus the information wasnt clear so we didnt know that we had to pay extra for my children. There was no one at the reception most of the time, its as if they worked an hour a day.

staff are wonderful

only had breakfast there and it was very basic for a hotel. We couldn’t do laundry after 4pm which is difficult when you’re moving around during the day. Minor issues.

Appointment is very big and you find everything you need in the kitchen

I have arrived around 4:00 p.m. and I did inform them earlier about my arrival time. main door was locked and I had no international SIM card to call the phone number that was written in the door. I waited around 20 minutes until accidentally the one of the receptionist came in. If it’s a first time for you in Zell am see this is not the perfect hotel for you, because whenever you have a question or you need assistance, you will not find any one in the reception. The hotel location is in the middle of no where, no cafe or restaurant around, nearest cafe is 20 minutes by walking, and it’s not easy to walk especially in the winter time. Bed is not comfortable

Location is excellent to explore all 3 ski resorts all within a 15 min drive.
