I like the location - it’s t is very center. It isn’t written but it is almost penthouse:) we were on the top, we had balcony and the common terrace. The view was great. The stuff was very friendly but not noisy. We liked our stay. Thank you!

Property is located at an excelent location. Shared kitchen is great for food prep and has everything you need to cook food. Rooms are spacious and comfortable

The cleanliness standard isn't the best, a bit damp and smelly but not too bad when windows are open. I would definitely change the mattress, you can feel and hear the springs . Not great for resting your body, but great for the mind since you can hear the waves at night

Fabulous location right at the beach, only a block from the Flixbus station. Our room was comfortable and well appointed. The shared patio area was a nice place to catch the sunset and chat with other guests. The shared kitchen is very well appointed and stocked with coffee. The host was extremely kind and helpful. The funicular was not working when we visited, but the hike up to the viewpoint is well worth the effort. Take time to enjoy the view and continue on to São Miguel Arcanjo Fort and the surfing museum.

Location excellent, right on the beach with great view. Value for money with our own kitchenette and balcony.

Toilet a bit smelly. Hot plate stopped working, but ok as could use the main kitchen

Great location on the beachfront. two separate bedrooms - perfect for two couples or a family some of the apts do not have elevator access so choose carefully.

Ana and Maria were wonderful hosts. Fabulous location—balcony with a great view(4th floor only), room right on the beach, close to the boardwalk, restaurant and shops. Kitchen stocked with coffee, microwave, utensils, corkscrew, plates, glasses. We’d stay here again— great value!

The towels were small and thin, the pillows lumpy and uncomfortable. Small shower with a wand that kept falling off it’s perch and spraying everywhere but we made it work.

Good sized room. Very large shared terrace to overlook beach and ocean. Shared kitchen. Elevator is appreciated because you are on the top floor. Good location at the boardwalk.
