The location is perfect; in the centre of the old town and near to everything (beaches, the marina, parks, public transport, supermarket, shops, cafes, bars, restaurants etc) yet really quiet. The terrace is exceptional with multiple seating options and sun/shaded areas. Very roomy appartment inside as well. Very comfortable bed. Great shower.

The description listed lift access but this was not accurate (the lift is completely out of service and has been for some time). We only booked a 3rd floor appartment because of the lift and the stairs were a struggle for my husband who has some mobility problems. We were unable to use the hob/oven due to lack of instruction manual (and couldn't find it online) which was frustrating; we didn't contact the host about this as kettle/toaster/microwave/fridge all fine and eating out in Cascais is very reasonable/a pleasure.

Absolutely great place, really good value for money, plenty of space and perfect location.

I like the character of the property on the balcony is fabulous

The property really needs a good deep clean. The sheets and towels were clean but the place was very dusty and things just need to be wiped down. also we were only given a half a roll of toilet paper. When we requested more we were told we needed to supply that ourselves. We were in a tourist district with no access to anything like a grocery store. We ended up using napkins from the local takeout restaurants. We were not impressed. also it states that there is an elevator. There is one but apparently it has been working for years. This should be removed from the listing as it is not a service that is available.

all good apart from lift not working

The location is perfect, in the center of the city, close to everything. The apartment is big, with a big terrace outside, and the kitchen has a lot of things to cook.

The owner told me that the elevator was not working the same day we arrived, and for us was not good because we have a small kid with luggage, so 3 floors going up and down was not ideal every day of our stay. The owner could mention this in the advertisement because it looks like the elevator is not working for several months already. Another downside is that the apartment is old with humidity smell. The furniture, bed, sheets and towels you could notice are old too.
