Buena ubicación, cercano a supermercados, al centro y al lago. El apartamento está bien equipado, calefaccionado, cama confortable, agua caliente y con todo lo necesario para una grata estadía. El espacio es bastante nuevo, bonito y acogedor. Gracias!

1. Una de las toallas entregadas tenía mal olor. 2. El espacio frente al apartamento es bastante bonito y si está despejado hay vista al volcán, sin embargo lo utilizan de estacionamiento, por lo que entran y salen personas con frecuencia, quizá sería más cómodo si la ventana principal tuviera visillos.

We enjoyed our stay a lot and booked 2 extra nights. Very comfy place, own barhroom and small kitchen, lovely apartments.

The apartment was super clean. Really hot showers and a short walk to the town. Big supermarket nearby which was great. Kitchen was small but had everything we needed. Towels provided and bed really comfy

We arrived at 7am and has to wait for 20 mins before getting let in. Fridge has been turned down so was leaking a bit

Helpful and friendly staff. Quiet location but within a short walk of the centre of Pucon. Lovely shower with proper doors not curtains!

We knew from the photos that the ceiling sloped but we hadn't appreciated that it restricted movement as much as it did. On a sunny day the room was hot and stuffy but the efficient air conditioning soon resolved that. The metal bar stools were OK to sit on for breakfast or for a snack but not for too long.

It's stupid to display a price in dollars and then add TVA if you want to pay in pesos. The hotel really wants you to pay in dollars... Put the Real price on Booking will be cleverer because your client Can have a Bad experience.

The owner was very friendly and helpful!! Location is great near the center !! Parking outside the hostel! The renovated rooms are amazing !!

Nice clean apartment that contains every thing you need. Bedroom is spacious and has a good bed. Garden area is very spacious and has everything to relax. It even has multiple (clean) barbeques to use. Location is good, not too far from the centre of Pucon.

The kitchen and bathroom were a bit tight in relation to the spacious bedroom. The room sound insulation is bad. We could hear literally everything people said and did in the adjacent apartments. So the experience depends a bit on the people on the other side :). Wi-Fi was very slow and even unusable most of the time. This was mostly our annoyance.
