internet didn’t work, but staff did advise when I was checking out and I mentioned it that Telstra doing upgrades.

The facilities were a bit gruppy and if there is a kitchenette, it is weird to have one wastebasket in the bathroom. The bathroom furniture did not close properly and it gave a mediocre appeal

The Manager (Terry) went out of her way to accommodate us with early check-in and storage and was very accommodating to our requests.

WIFI issues but apparently that was a Telstra issue (various problems throughout Karratha to be honest). Fresh towels and a quick clean would have been good during our stay of four nights (you could tell cleaners did actually come into our room and one occasion a bed was half-made)

Not much. Just a standard motel rooom rather than an apartment.

Deceptive advertising. The booking.com ad said that we were booking a room with a pool view. The photos for the room type also featured pool photos, which appeared to show the view from the room. When we arrived we discovered that the only view we had was of a fence and a pub behind it. The woman at reception asked “the boss” to speak to me but she just put the blame on booking.com, stating that they always get things wrong. She made no offer to rectify the situation. I have used booking.com many times and it seems to me that it is up to the accommodation provider to structure their ads and prices so that it is potential customers know exactly what they are getting. If a room doesn’t have a pool view, don’t put pool view in the room description and leave the pool photos with the generic photos, not with the photos that purport to show the features of a particular room type.

Nothin really originally given a back room ground floor, which seemed a bit gloomy, asked if we could changed and they obliged, great.

Rooms are very clean. Walking distance to shop and food places.

Blanket was not on the bed. Didnt know blanket was in the closet.
