The property was well equipped.

There was no running water up to 5pm. There was a very noisy roof cleaning without any warning or apologies. The water was pouring into our backyard. We had to leave the property for two hours. The sofa cushions were dirty.

Our first impression was really good. The size of the unit was good and there was a lovely deck. It had every thing we needed for cooking our own food and a wonderful induction cooktop. There was plenty of space and a great washing machine with a short cycle.

Unfortunately, the kitchen didn’t have enough bench space. The outdoor table, bar stools and rails were very dusty and we had to clean them before using them. Not sure if the water has anything to do with the shower screens and floor, but the floor in the shower was stained and the screens were cloudy. The BBQ had a wasp nest on the grill - so didn’t use it. Also, the wooden spoon had a broken handle.

The room is a well thought of space. Enough storage, adequate kitchen facilities, clean bath, comfy bed and sofa. There is also ample parking space and a pool. The host was also king enough to let us check in early, which was greatly appreciated as we have been traveling for a bit and needed to rest.

Only problem, there was no hairdryer in our unit.

Quilt/doona stained badly, shower had clumps of hair under the rim, inside the shower that came loose and ended up a clump on the drain. I had to remove that. I blasted the shower with the showerhead and more came loose. It just hadn't been cleaned properly.

The smell, Uncleanliness, not cleaned at all actually. People barging in, No return contact or email from host, so no care.

Easy to check in, room was lovely, nice and quiet. Coffee machine not easy to use, and no instructions for it. Overall it was a great place to stay, would recommend for a nice weekend away for sure.

Good location out of the centre of town near beach walks. Nice pool. Self contained

No one on site and accessing the room was an initial challenge. No welcome materials. No facilities nearby.

It was handy to just have the room number and door code sent to me.

In my room, 19, the aircon was dripping water and flicking tiny pieces of ice out. Had to sleep up the other end of the bed

We loved the outdoor seating area and bbq provided. Also a great location, right across the road from the water.

The air conditioner was right over the bed and ours was leaking all night. We ended up turning it off and sleeping with the sliding door open.

location was nice and quiet, easy access to room with pin provided, room was very spacious and comfortable

overall it was a lovely stay…. only thing I could pick on which was minor was the water stained tiles around the shower recess

the ammenities were good

was dirty. there was blood on the bed linen, can only guess where that came from. dirty laundry on top of the washing machine. bbq was dirty. the owner/manager response was rude and got no apology whatsoever

A double bed only that was quite uncomfortable. So much so that my wife moved to the two seater couch. After paying for 2 nights and having to pack up and pay for another night at another location, that was complete with pool, restaurant on premises, and king size (comfortable) bed - never heard back from the owner (contactable only by text, because they don't answer phone calls) in regards to reimbursement for the one night that we didn't stay.
