Nice, quiet location in the old part of Dordrecht. Plenty of room in the apartment with a large, modern bathroom. Comfortable furnishings. Has everything you need for a stay (including a toaster). We liked the view out the window of the river junction and the boats going by.

Under-floor heating takes a long time to respond. A space heater or two would be a nice addition to bring up the heat quicker.

Everything was amazing, Jeannette is a super friendly and helpful host. The terrace and the view was absolutely wonderful, was great to start and finish the day there. The luggage storage is a big help, special thanks for that.

The apartment was great but a little dirty. For example the mat in the bathroom was dirty and the table was also dirty. There was also a cigarette smell but was better once we opened the terrace doors.

Beautiful apartment (The Loft) in a lovely place, great view and included everything you could need. Host's were very welcoming and helpful. Christmas decorations were a lovely touch. I will definitely come back to Dordrecht and would stay here again.

Nothing, everything was good

I had a warm welcome by the hosts followed by excellent communication about arrangements beforehand. The location is very good if you plan to explore Dordrecht or do a cycling tour through the area (Kinderdijk) which is very close by.

We were fortunate enough to enjoy our stay in two of the three apartments that All Exclusive Apartments have available. We booked the loft apartment through Booking.com but then added additional days directly with the owners for the ground floor apartment. Both are very different but both are superb. The loft apartment has a fantastic sun terrace with high quality seating/sun loungers where you can relax and watch the world go by courtesy of the stunning views over the river and up towards the old harbour bridge. The ground floor apartment, although directly on the front street, also afforded views of the river. Both apartments were spotlessly clean. Both were spacious, with the ground floor apartment having the benefit of an absolutely GORGEOUS bathroom! And both had every possible amenity to make the visit as comfortable as possible - all crockery and cooking utensils were available, good sized fridges and multi-ovens with first class hobs. Every thing had been thought of and considered to make it very much a home from home. The building itself evidently has a great history - the large entrance hall led up to a fabulous wooden staircase (take care on the final flight up to the loft apartment if stairs are a challenge as they are quite steep!!) which added to its character. The owners, Jeannette and Kase, were just brilliant! So friendly and helpful. We were met at the door on arrival and everything was explained to us fully, with hints for places to eat and where to visit. We took advantage of the excellent secure parking nearby which worked a treat. We even enjoyed an evening in their company at the local tapas bar (which is an excellent option!) and had such a great time! Dordrecht is a beautiful town, full of peaceful canal lined streets, culture and friendliness. All in all, we had a fantastic time, loved the apartment and the hosts! and even accepted the torrential rain for the first part of the week! We will definitely return again.

Only that we had to go home......Oh, and the rain so we could have enjoyed the loft terrace a little more but you can't have everything!! There was NOTHING not to love!

We were welcomed with open arms upon arrival. Parking our 8 seater SUV was no trouble at all. The city was filled with canals, sailing ships, shops and restaurants.dordrecht is a quaint and beautiful place with so much family friendly fun to experience. There are 4 adults and 3 kids in our family. Our parents slept in the first floor apartment. It was a beautiful apartment and "white glove" clean. The bathroom and shower was big and the towels were beyond soft. The fridge was stocked with a few sodas and water along with a delicious bag of chips. We did not use the rest of the kitchen because we all had meals up in the large apartment where my husband, the kids and I slept. This apartment had two small flights of beautiful dark wood spiral stairs to walk up. There is so much to be said about this apartment and none of it is bad. The veiw was breath taking all day but the sun set was our favorite. All of the beds were extremely comfortable and the pillows were memory foam with silk pillowcases. The kitchen was large and included a gas stove, fridge and freezer, microwave and Dishwasher. I did not have to do the dishes they were done and put away for us when we were out sightseeing. We were given fresh towels daily and enough for us to use more than one per person. These towels were the softest towels I have felt in a hotel or B&B in a long time while also being absorbent. The little touches were the best. Doves soap and shampoo, hair dryer with extensions, the jacuzzi bathtub. Cokes and water in the fridge, 2 fans and an air purifier, multiple bored games and 2 tvs. We will definitely be recommending these apartments so all our friends heading to the Netherlands. Our next trip that way we will definitely come back for another stay. 10/10 would recommend. Oh and try coffeelicous for breakfast.

We arrived with our bikes on the ferry from Rotterdam and as arranged, the owner was at the apartment to meet us with the keys. The apartment is only a 5 minute bike ride from the ferry dock. Everything we needed for our stay was provided including plenty of towels, a wonderful hot shower and spacious bathroom, The bedroom is located at the back of the apartment so is quiet and dark. Wonderful comfy mattress. But the best part is the living room with its large window looking out on the street and the river traffic. Equally appreciated was the laundry service which was so helpful after being on our bike trip for several days. And there are chocolates for guests in the foyer!

Nothing. the only thing I would change is to stay longer than one night next time. Plenty of space and good kitchen facilities would make this easy to do.

Dordrecht is a very nice town and this loft was the cherry on top of the cake! - The hosts are friendly and welcoming; - The apartment is fully equipped with anything you may need (or that I could think of during the stay); - The view from the rooftop terrace is fantastic and having breakfast in there is just lovely; - There is a hot tub with shower that works just fine.

It results very hard to find something not okay with this property. In fact, there wasn't anything I didn't like.

The view is amazing and calming. The location of the property is really good and the attitude was great!
