It’s not clean

the view. the balcony with two doors - one to the bedroom, second to the other room. easy to find the key.

the bed linen is cheap. I prefer other types of textile. the textile doesn’t match to the panorama view at all

The apartment was comfortable and clean. The location is excellent; shops, restaurants, and bars are nearby. Most of Yerevan’s attractions are within easy walking distance. The host was very easy to contact, checkin and checkout were very efficient. We enjoyed the views over to the Cascade from the balcony and on the other side of the lifts is a great view of Mt. Ararat- when it isn’t cloudy. We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to stay here again.

The apartnent was clean and new. It was located in 13th floor. Room facilities was good.

I wish we saw the host when we arrive. We found the location with difficulty, but all in all, I liked the apartment.

the flat unit has a generous space. its clean and looks new. close to downtown and major attractions in the city. the could’ve been bigger but the mattress was comfortable and I had a good sleep always. the property has a very tight security ( for safety )

the ambience of the unit feels cold and no character. if only you can add some neutral warmer colors on the walls or any color the can complement the orange upper cabinets of the kitchen. also if you can change the blinds to a proper curtains will add more value to the unit. • the water kettle is old and leaking. • bathroom does not have any towel bars or hooks. no place to keep bathe necessities like: shampoo and other things…. . no bath mats • everything looks nice except the sofa its not comfortable and it is not giving any justice for the space. • please add a more substantial hangers and keep them all the same style. • the tv is a bomber. its not working properly I hope this comments are helpful and please don’t be offended this is only to help to improve the quality of your property

Privacy.

Very comfortable place for those, who wants to explore the city for the first time. There are nice caffè and 24/7 shop. The agent helps and answers on my questions. In the apartment there are washing machine, kitchen stuff, towels and bedroom stuff

There was not hairdryer and Wi-Fi was not fast, however it was not a terrible things. The worst thing was travelers, who did not wash after them: spilled wine or fat sprinkles on the kitchen cabins or uncleaned cups… So, dear TRAVELERS, please, clean up after yourself. Do not wait, that there will be a magic cleaner, who washed all your dirt after. It is not a hotel. It is an apartment. Let’s keep this nice place.
