The room was large and spotlessly clean. There were no bugs in the rooms (amazing given it is in the jungle). The pool area was lovely. Klaus was very helpful.

Nil. The restaurant is currently closed but Klaus’s wife offers breakfast at the next door place. You have to pay in cash but we were warned about this in advance so it wasn’t an issue.

Could have done with a new shower gel every day. We had to use the shampoo after 2 days as we had run out.

My second stay in the Jasmine Garden Resort and the level of customer service, cleanliness and facilities were again exceptional! Our host Klaus took amazing care of us to ensure we had the perfect stay. The only place I would stay in the beautiful Khao Sok!

Claus the owner welcomed us and helped us get acquainted with the possible activities provided at kao sok. He was very helpful in anything we needed, had good english and even helped us with reaching the fairy from surat thani to ko samui easily!

The safe was too small for my computer. Other than that everything was just excellent.

Impeccably presented bungalows, fantastic hosts who just couldn’t do enough for you. great location a 10 minute walk from the park entrance and even shorter to lots of nice restaurants. great breakfast cooked by Deedee full day jungle trek with Tuk was such a great learning experience and really enjoyable

The room is very nice and clean. The bed and the pillows are very comfortable and the sheets and towels smells very good. The room is larg enough. The breakfast is with extra charge. Simple but nice. And also the pool is clean and nice. But the best thing that we liked was that The owner Klaus recommend us about an excellent guide name Tuk for hiking in the forest. He made the tour unique and special.

The location is nice and close to the center but you don't get the vibe of the jungle. It's outside. In the shower it's very weak stream. A few stairs to the room and you have to carry your suitcase.

Greeted on arrival by Klaus, Very friendly and helpful. Showed us to our bungalow very clean and well equipped. Pool was nice and clean. there was restaurants and small shop with ATM nearby. Breakfast was nice. Would stay here again.

Extremely friendly staff...

Small resort, close to main area and national park although still felt like connected to nature. Lovely pool and nice host's who are available to organise excursions to the lake and national park. Highly recommend!

Family 2 bed room bungalow was compact but still nice.

Overall we were pleased with our stay at Jasmine Garden Resort. Klaus, the owner was great- very knowledgeable and helpful. The location is on the main road so very easy to walk to restaurants and the National Park. Our bungalow had comfy beds and was quiet until 4 a.m. when the rooster started started crowing.

There were 3 negatives for us. The driver that brought us to the property did not drive safely given the conditions of the roads. Secondly, we were very disappointed in the on-site restaurant. The wait for food was 40-45 minutes and that happened first thing in the morning when we were the only guests waiting for breakfast as well as at dinner when there were more guests. The food was underwhelming. My stir-fried rice with veggies was completely bland and had only slivers of carrots and cabbage. Lastly, our guide for the ½ day trek of Khao Sok was not very engaged or interesting and we could not understand 90% of what he was saying which took away from the experience. I can recommend the property but not the driver or guide arranged by the property or the restaurant.
