Construction on site across from where I was staying didn't get told this was going on when I booked it compared to other hotels that have done this during my trip. If known this was going on I might of reconsidered staying here.

near house is not finished constructions everywhere, the view is not good . monkeys were aggressive, i think the staff should improve safety of tourists. the pool is not comfortable and not easy to reach, and it looks not usable. bathroom needs renovation, all bungalow wasn’t clean, there’s too big gaps between walls and windows, so mosquitoes could easily get it .

Everything was incredible. Perhaps will be one of the most memorable hotels I've ever stayed it. Its very unique. There's a huge range of tours available at reception and the staff were very friendly. We also had a great breackfast included in the price. Wish we stayed for longer

Just a note to others the cicadas, the local bugs are incredibly loud. But we didn't mind at all. We enjoyed it. They do stop at 7 pm

Distance to other restaurants is a bit far

Amazing place, well worth the trek out to be so close to the types of animals and creatures that you wouldn't ordinarily ever see. The most hilarious aspect was the cheeky (and confident) monkey that kept visiting. On our last morning he tried to open every door to our house along with all of the other houses. He eventually caught up with me at breakfast and literally mugged me for the packet of nuts I was holding. Didn't want to risk putting up a fight with him if I'm honest. Staff were really nice and the food was ok (not great). We'd organised planned excursions prior to visiting, but pretty sure the staff there would help you organise if you wanted.

Nowhere to hang up wet clothes/towels etc. The gaps between the sliding windows meant any creature could slither/crawl in if it so wanted to, so not (potentially) for the faint hearted!

it is really nice that you can sleep in a treehouse and wake up with the monkeys around the tree house. the staff is also very kind, we could leave our luggage there, when we went for a tour to the lake after check out and take a shower afterwards

Because these rooms are surrounded by trees they have a damp feel to them (ours did anyway). There isn't a lot you can do about this although they could run a dehumidifier in the rooms. There was a dirty white towel wrapped around the tree in our room (maybe to stop bugs getting in) The place is about a 15 min walk to food. Fine in the day but very dark at night. The pool was dirty and we didn't want to use it.

This resort is something else than your regular resort. It was build with a lot of creativity and love for nature. From our beds we saw monkeys, chipmunks, birds etc passing from tree to tree. The food in the restaurant is quite good, the staff very helpfull. Breakfast is simple but fresh. The biggest bed ever!

It was further away from Khao Sok lake than we expected (an hour drive). The road to the town is really dark (and sometimes muddy).
