Spacious, beautiful view, excellent location.

did not have breakfast .The location was out of this world wonderful open views over the ocean watching all the boats sale in and out of Hamilton island

every thing was pretty good except the bed was a little bit uncomfortable

stunning views with the best sunsets from the terrace we have ever experienced. great location, quiet, but still only 5 mins from the the marina. the villa had everything you need to cook great meals and sleep comfortably at night. we’re already trying to book for next year! we’ll be back.

This apartment was the perfect size for a family of 5 adults and a buggy was provided which was great to get around the island. A very clean and well maintained apartment with all the necessary amenities provided for the entire stay and thank you for the complimentary bottle of wine! A beautiful sea view from the large balcony and we thoroughly enjoyed the amazing sunsets each evening.

The outdoor lounge suite that is used for inside was a little uncomfortable and the bi-fold doors in the main bedroom were difficult to open/close.

location and venue was amazing

old and run down. needed a paint and renno. kitchen cupboards broken and laminate peeling, walls marked, water damage in bathroom with constant damp smell as no internal fans or windows (not compliant to todays standards) cracked tiles throughout and outdoor furniture inside as lounge suite was really uncomfortable.

The owners were incredibly friendly and way to deal with. The apartment is beautiful, very spacious and have absolutely everything you need.

The pool is tiny - so if sitting poolside is important to you this isn’t the right place

The view is absolutely amazing The buggy was excellent The kitchen was brilliant, as were all the extras available- soap, cooking utensils etc!

- 2 single beds pushed together does not make a double.....SO uncomfortable!!!! Disappointing - plaster board replacing missing glass on upstairs balcony is extremely unsafe - Unimpressed to hav a tradie arrive early on our last morning....to do some maintenance and ruin our peace and quiet - temporary plaster patchwork in toilet was disgusting - washing machine completely caked in washing powder made it completely unsanitary to use...and meant we couldnt wash!!??

Dated furniture and decor. No basic supplies like tea, coffee, sugar, milk. Wifi poor.
