i could not access the private pool so they made two steps for me to get in and got me a shower chair

the ramps in the hotel for wheelchair and scooter are too steep not long enough for disabled need to make incline non steep wheelchair needed two people to help push and pull up the ramp near entrance very bad not compatiable also ramp into breakfest are a bit steep but can get in and out okay just no hand rails in shower or toilet no rails to get in and out of pool needs stainless ladders inside pool and out to better get in and out of pool nothing to hold onto also outside kerbing too high for chair need to be very very careful not to tip sideways as steep if your saying your wheelchair friendly you better make sure you are as this not happening here qat this hotel

Advertised a kids club and it was a room with minimal toys. Was a kids room not kids club. This was the main reason I booked this hotel so my 9 year old could attend a club, but was misadvertised.

Excellent facilities, very clean & modern room, great variety of breakfast options and enjoyed using the fitness centre. We hired a meeting room to conduct Sales trainings, the room was just perfect with all the amenities on hand.

Nice and clean rooms.

The staff. Very pushing even chasing you down to pay even if you just go to the toilet. You order and they ask for your room number then chase you to the toilet. Staff entering a child’s room at 830 at night because we didn’t want the room cleaned. That child then stressed the whole time. Extremely disappointed in this hotel.

Location is perfect for what we wanted. Close to everything we needed (money exchange, mini mart, laundry service). I’d stay again purely for its convenience. Buffet breakfast was delicious with so many options. The room service is also available 24/7 which is good for travellers arriving early hours or party goers needing snacks. Two pools meant I could decide where I wanted to relax. The downstairs pool seemed more family orientated while the upstairs was mostly adults and more relaxing for me.

Spent a whole day out and about, came back at 4pm and our room still hadn’t been made up. The cleaners were just down the hall but it did disappoint me how late our room was getting serviced. This happened multiple times. The staff were lovely and would swap towels for us and offer to make our bed despite us being in the room but after being out for 9 hours I just wanted to shower and nap.

Staff were very good, pool was ok, location was great.

We booked King room with pool, Tiny Bathroom, only good for one person, no where to put Vanity bags. 2nd day, they put so much Chlorine in the pool we could not use it for 2 days. They laquered the wood door to the fridge just before we arrived, so we could not use the fridge for two days until it dried. No plates, knives, forks, spoons in rooms on a 7 day stay this is pathetic.

Location, pools, room and breakfast all good. We asked for tea bags and sugar in room as they only supplied green tea. They said limit of 2 tea bags only and 4 sugar. We had 4 people in the room.

The sliding bathroom door did not close, they came to fix but a large bolt fell on my head when I tried to close it. Needed enough tea bags and sugar in room for 4 guests. I have stayed here many times and notice the difference of less bathroom supplies and room supplies.too much cutting back.

Location, cleanliness and food was excellent

After arriving to check-in at 1.30pm and paying for my room I was told my room wasn’t ready and no come back later. I came back later as requested and was then told I had no room and hadn’t paid. The staff at reception were very rude and disrespectful. After about 30 minutes of arguing with staff I was given a room. Very poor check-in experience.

Don't like the food at the hotel at all

Under brellas on top floor for pool areas . Was not one and ask a few time as people were getting burnt.

The location was amazing so close to great restaurants, not far from the beach and everything in walking distance

The service was average at best, we had breakfast included and ate there once limited choices and overpriced for what was on offer. I don’t believe they have enough staff it was a struggle to order a drink at the top pool bar you had to get up to go to the bar to get your drink. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was lacking. We booked 4 rooms and the first 2 days are rooms were missed from being cleaned although we did speak to them and it was fine daily after that but often not till 3pm. Charging to the room became an issue we had a deposit on the room and whilst we were able to charge one of our other family members was cut off for being 35 cents over the deposit value this was just strange to me as I have never seen this occur anywhere I have stayed in Bali. I would say we had a few issues with the rooms but they were sorted quickly although be careful when you request a balcony room as a extra as my daughter had a terrible view with chickens underneath her, these views are not on the website. I don’t believe this was value for money and I would not return to this hotel

Location was good, room was clean and tidy.

We had a room with our own private pool but the pool was hardly private. Open to all around from up above.

Comfortable room and bed, breakfast OK. Location good for shopping and eating out.

Main pool very small, crowded and cold, not much sun on it. Upstairs pool lovely but no pool chairs available at any time we were there.

Room was good size, air-conditioning could have been better. Shower was good as well and the location was amazing as it was in the middle of everything :)

The aircon needs to be fixed, it was too hot at night. Also there are no balcony lights on the top floor and it is impossible to see at night on the balcony.

I didn’t like that the desk people were hard to understand and unable to help with certain things.

Beautiful rooms, we had the lagoon access room and we absolutely loved it. The bed was huge! Breakfast was delicious, staff were so friendly and accommodated my gluten free request (next level gluten free bread too!).

Bathrooms were poorly renovated and basic, but did the job - were still clean and comfortable.
