Location is good. Feel i stay in my home. Best place with family

Swimming pool water is not clean. Maybe they not give medicine regularly. They just clean the water waste. So 2 night we stay , but can’t use the pool

I liked the fact that this villa was very spacious and the location is convenient for Phratumnak and is nice and quiet. But this is where is ends.

The villa was not the one shown in the advert. The pool was completely different and was in a less than desirable state of repair. This villa also had a pool table, which was a nice surprise, but again the state of the pool table meant that it was pointless to play on. No triangle, the cues was not pool cues and the table was far from level.

The room is big but not as in the photo. non of the photo in the website is the same like the room I got. Which is scam. Both indoor and outdoor are not maintain at all. There is Gecko outside the house. The pool area is very dirty and not well maintain. However the kitchen and utensil provide enough for use. There is no cleaning service if you stay 3 days as they clean every 3 days. You can reach the beach if you like walking for 20 mins. They is also no drinking water, no toiletry (only 1 toilet paper roll, small soap and 1 small shampoo) and no tissue paper and towel to spare if you don't ask for it. There is also bed bug and both me and my friend got itchy all over body while sleeping. No coffee available

Amazing villa, great pool, snooker table and very spacious .

Location is good

Pics are not from same villa. But the agent will tell you, that they made a remont. But you will see that everything is super old, bad smelling, air conditioner was leaking. Villa is old . These pictures are fake . We were staying one day so decided not to make a panic, but the price for sure must not be higher than 3000 baht . Bad :)
