No complementary drinking water in room

בתוך שדה התעופה המלון הזה קצת רחוק מהטרמינל. לא הכרתי את האזור ולפי אתר בוקינג נראה שהוא קרוב יותר ממלונות אחרים, אך התברר שזה הפוך ויש מלונות יותר קרובים לטרמינל. זו נקודה חשובה למי שהולך ברגל עם הכבודה. ארוחת בוקר יקרה יחסית בהזמנה מראש ועוד יותר יקרה אם רוצים לשלם בבוקר עצמו. בניגוד למלונות אחרים שבהם התארחתי שהציעו מים בחדר ללא עלות, במלון זה לא מקבלים בקבוק מים בחדר כהטבה. רצפה חלקה במקלחת. מומלץ להיזהר. הגעתי למלון כשעתיים לפני מועד הצ'ק אין ולמרות שהחדר היה מוכן, דרשו תשלום משמעותי עבור כניסה מוקדמת. אולי אלה ההנחיות, אך לא הרגשתי שמשתדלים ללכת לקראתי, כאשר הגעתי עייף למלון וזאת בגלל שעתיים בלבד. בסופו של דבר אפשרו להיכנס לחדר כחצי שעה לפני השעה 14:00 אבל את ההרגשה הרעה כבר קיבלתי...

Our room service dinner was great. I requested quite a specific dish, a variation on the Ceasar Salad and it was perfect exactly what I wanted and asked for.

Swimming pool would be great.

Receptionisten som tog i mod os. Hun var alt for hurtig og talte som om vi kendte stedet. Sød og nem udtjekning tidlig om morgnen.

De tv had bluetooth, dit was erg fijn.

Geen bad en de prijs die je betaald is erg hoog voor wat je krijgt.

De nette ruime kamer.

Meer personeel in de bar rond aperitieftijd. We zijn uiteindelijk maar naar Sheraton hotel gegaan voor aperitief. Daar was wel meer dan voldoende personeel.

Ich war nun das zweite Mal Im Hilton am Flughafen und es ist halt Praktisch gleich über die Passerelle zum Hotel zu gelangen. Auch der Bahnhof für die Züge in alle Richtungen war natürlich ideal. Frühstück war wie beim ersten Mal super das Personal sehr sehr freundlich Danke. Zimmer war auch wieder gemütlich und hat seinen Zweck vollkommen erfüllt.

Wie beim ersten Mal, wurden die Hand- und Tuschtücher ausgewechselt obwohl ich das nicht wollte, ich bin eigentlich sehr Umwelt freundlich eingestellt.

Paid over Euro 400 for an "upgraded" room with an airport view. The room was smaller than we had on previous stays and the view was not good. Definitely not good value.

Despite your are in the center of one of the busiest airports of Europe, it very quiet there. Sauna area is nice and fine.

Wifi in the room demands to register online. Should be not necessary nowadays.

The size of the room exceeded my expectations. The walk to the airport was manageable which saved me a arfare. Well done!

Hotellet ligger nära flygplatsen och inomhus gången var suverän. Det hade smakfulla och stilrena möbler. Receptionist som tog emot oss va trevlig och serviceinriktad. Frukosten var tillfredsställande. Rummet var varm och skön.

Städningen var inte optimalt och delar av rummet och badrummet var smutsiga, allt från hårstrån, smut och matrester. Hotellet försökte även ta mer betalt än det framgick av bokningen, även frukosten som betalades separat ville de ta mer betalt än det framgick av beställningen. Sammanlagt vill de ha 70 euro mer än de skulle ha. Det saknades en del toalett artiklar som man brukar ha på 4 stjärniga hotell.

confusing check in around our upgrade to the executive lounge floor. we thought there were snacks and drinks all day, including morning coffee. we felt we were overcharged for that, for the actual hours it was available .

Very pretty, perfect room, loved the bathroom with tub and walk in shower.

La taille de la Chambre, son insonorisation, on est en droit de craindre au bord des pistes, pas un bruit. La salle de bain et son équipement, l'espace petit burteau bien aménagé. Le petit déjeuner est correct.

La distance qui sépare le hall d'arrivé des bagages à celui de l'hotel, quasiment 1 Km avec les bagages sur un chariot cela reste du sport ... L'accueuil à l'arrivée ou rien n'est indiqué pour rejoindre le checking avec les bagages, tout à l'escalator pas trop sympa, une petite indication d'un ascenceur à l'arrivée par l'aéroport serait la bien venue.

Walking to the airport departures and arrivals, car rentals and restaurants was quick and easy. Our room was well appointed and quiet. Great for a very early flight. Shower was spacious and a welcome retreat after a long day traveling. The restaurant was good.

Great location, easy walk to the airport and to take the train. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room is big and clean with a comfortable bed.

Das Hotel ist über die Flughafenmall in Schiphol sehr gut angebunden: Der Weg vom Parkhaus oder Bahnhof ist kurz, entsprechend ist der Weg zu den Terminals. Das Hilton hat zudem eine sehr gute Anbindung an die Innenstadt von Amsterdam. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und professionell. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und elegant.

I booked this hotel; and they charged my family full amount for the things that we did not use. They knew (since last year) that travelers from USA were banned from entering Netherlands, and yet, despite my booking showing that we will be coming from USA, they did not take any responsibility to alert that of the situation on the ground. I have stayed at many Hilton Hotels and I have to say that this one is not your typical Hilton Hotel especially considering I 've been Hilton Honors member since 2006! I would NOT recommend.

Gostei da localização porque precisava de um hotel dentro do aeroporto.

Da limpeza. Do preço. Extremamente caro pelo que oferece. Houve um incidente também, uma cobrança da diária maior do que quando foi feita a reserva, felizmente a Booking resolveu o problema.

food selection was limited, very expensive, but also very good. $40. for inroom breakfast (adding taxes, etc.) but it was big enough for 2 and very good. Bar food good. Didn't eat in restaurant.
