The room was small but perfect for my needs. The staff was very nice and helpful. Most of them did speak english which was nice because my spanish was not very good. Room had great airconditioning and was already cool when I opened the door. The shuttle service was quick and on time for delivery which is nice because not all hotels are great with the timing.
I did not care for the restaurants food. I had dinner and breakfast their and the dinner was not very good and the breakfast was average. This hotel would be perfect if it had a pool.

The staff was extremely helpful. Runny, Teiria, and Bernardo were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We just moved to Panama and it is so nice to have staff that went the extra mile to accommodate us even though we speak very little Spanish.
We wish there had been a pool.

Clean, comfortable, good wifi. Staff was great, restaurant is attached so you don't have to go anywhere if you don't want to. Secured, gated parking was a plus.
The location is a little inconvenient to access and a bit far from everything.

very helpful receptionists to greet us. They were exceptional. They helped us to get our boarding passes for our flights & informed us of everything we needed to know to make our visit pleasant. The restaurant food was excellent as well as the service.
We did not find the AC unit in our room to be user friendly. Also, the bright neon lighted number on the unit indicating our temperature was so bright at night & shined down directly on the beds. The bathroom lights were not sufficient. There was no light directly over the sink & the overall lighting was quite dim.

very nice hotel in David. the lady that works in this day is fantastic very very good costumer service, they should give her a raise, she help us a lot even ordering pizza on her phone for my kids. we love her she’s so sweet.
it’s loud at night coz we’re here weekends and some people having fun in the bar I guess close by.

We wanted a hotel close to the airport due to the threat of road closures due to protests. Staff is super friendly and helpful.
Couldn't stop the a/c unit from blowing frigid air. The 8am airport shuttle didn't leave until 8:20.

There was some confusion ordering food at the restaurant for dinner. A mini fridge in the room would have been nice

Room was a little noisy from street traffic.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Had hot water, AC, Internet and cable TV. The restaurant was nice, had good food and friendly service. Yessenia at check-in was friendly and helpful. Airport shuttle was very convenient with good service.
Noise from the street was loud in the evening and early in the morning. Single pane windows do not keep out much sound.
