Very Good Location, included a really beautiful terrace with very cool oversight. The Internet Connection was excellent.

The Only thing, hmmm the price for the Parking Car in this Private Area. 20 € per day.

First of all, I should start with the host. Marina is a wonderful warm host and we are very grateful that she was looking after us. She has made our stay very special. We have received a detailed information on everything we need and delicious Italian breakfast on the terrace. The apartment has a private terrace with amazing views on sea and mountains. It is great place for sunbathing and chilling out. The kitchen is very special too, well equipped and will chilled bottle of good local wine. The apartment itself is very comfy and have Sky TV. If we return to Sicily this will be our only destination!

Superb hosts, Marina is lovely ...very friendly and gorgeous house and gardens. fabulous roof top terrace with great views out to sea! Nice bottle of Sicilian wine for us too! Fabulous location, at the quieter, residential end of Mondello... which was perfect for us! Beach is at the bottom of the road, a 1 minute walk away. Super easy to get to the city of Palermo on the 806 bus from the hose, 2 minutes walk..takes 15 minutes and we’ll worth a visit, especially the food!! The house is a stones throw from Alba restaurant, which have super pasta dishes, fish and entrecôte steaks... great coffee and amazing cakes..good value for money too. Not a lot of English is spoken, but for us that is fantastic... it isn’t touristy and you’ll get a real taste of Sicily. We will definitely be back!

Hosts were very nice to us. They gave us a lot of tips about Mondello and Palermo. On the last day we were offered very nice breakfast with fresh pastries & fruit. The terrace is really amazing, we spent a lot of time there sunbathing or in the evening, watching the stars. They also provide a portable speaker for music. The beach in Mondello is 2 min away, and you can take a bus that takes you to the centre of Palermo in 20-30 min. We actually left the car in Mondello and preferred to go to Palermo by bus.

You could tell that the bathroom had another function initially and was later repurposed as a bathroom. Due to that, the water from the shower was always spreading onto the floor and the floor stayed wet for a long time. It was also more difficult to navigate the bathroom if you are taller then average. The host asks for 20 EUR per day for private parking, when there is free parking available on the streets not too far away. I was never asked so much per day for parking, especially when the cost of the room is already quite high.
