Great room very clean breakfast very good. Great place near to everything you need . Enjoyed our stay.

The selection at breakfast was very good, the location was excellent, staff were friendly.

En-suite had mould in corner of room probably due to no extraction and water running down the wall, when showering. On arrival we were asked to pay for parking and after a little chatting went for the road parking as cheaper and more accessible than there parking area. Other guesthouses in the city do not charge for said parking tickets.

No vent or extractor in shower room, no hair dryer, but probably had one if asked, other than that everything was fine

The decor was really nice and modern and looked clean as we were attracted in going there to stay from outside and in from their website on Booking.com Very close to the beach.

'Not suitable for disabled'. No room on ground floor or even offered as owners could see we were struggling to get up stairs (as victorian and very steep and no lift able). The Owners were not very helpful in general and was made to feel uncomfortable as soon as we arrived. Unable to park in their carpark as you have to book it in advance. Given a first floor room with a very high shower tray and small room in general. We had to park approx 4 streets away from our car from the location and paid extra as permit parking. After checking in, went for an evening meal and checked out as soon as possible. You book 'hot meals' in advance for breakfast. An awful experience for us both and no rush to go to a B&B in Gt Yarmouth. An expensive 2 day 'break away'. Cannot give more stars of experience at this B&B, thus 2 star is generous and fair.

Guest house extremely close to the beachfront and the main street. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room. Really appreciated the breakfast, both under the quantity and variety aspects.

WiFi reception in our room was borderline acceptable, with some dark spots (due to the room being at the far end of the house) - luckily we didn't have to use internet for serious reasons during our stay. TV could have been a bit bigger / have a better audio - but again, you don't come to the seaside to watch the telly!

The family that ran this hotel were lovley couldn't ask for better we had a lovely weekend ..and whenever we went to the bar they couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating .the breakfast was very nice

Prince Guest is amazing place, professional and nice staff and really nice location. The best is the breakfast!!!very variety and complete! They had an Easter gift for all the customers! The bedroom is warm and clean, not noisy, not too big but it’s ok, with all the details. It’s really recommended.

The staff was cold hearted when on arrival, then was in a disagreement regarding the heating facilities being provided. I understand we are in a "cost of living crisis" but then prices should be increased! Also arrived for breakfast during the alloted time and was sent to wait into the lounge for 30 minutes because it was over booked
