What a fabulous place to stay. Hosts ,cleanliness ,facilities and comfort were top class and the location for where we were going (concert at the Olympic Stadium ) made it so easy to walk there. Good restaurants with walking distance. Hosts arranged our taxis from airport and back again next day. Excellent.

Super clean, nice balcony, the neighborhood is safe, the room is big and feels like home. 5 minutes to the stadium,so if you are going to a concert there is perfect.

Excellent location at a quiet neighborhood with parking space. Hosts very polite and helpful. The apartment was spacious and clean with all amenities required. Very close to shopping areas and two Malls.

It was quite noisy at night

Lovely staff. Great clean apartment. Nice size. You can tell the apartment ia very well looked after. Really comfortable bed!

Nothing to fault

The service we received was second to none. Being a family run business we immediately were made to feel like part of the family from the moment we checked in. We particularly chose Urban Residence as it had a full kitchen which we wished to utilise to cook food at home. When we noticed the fridge didn’t seem to be keeping things cold when we moved into our room, Anastasia immediately rectified the problem by replacing the fridge in the room. She also went out of her way to ring around local eateries for us to see which ones could cater to my wife requiring gluten free food. She went as far as to buy some gluten free cookies for my wife to try from a new bakery that had just recently opened in the dream. Our room was extremely clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The large balcony with outdoor table and lounge chairs was also very nice. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation where they can cook and simply sit back and relax in comfort. Having on site private parking is also a massive plus as parking in the area can be extremely difficult to get during weekdays.
