Every minute we spent in this apartment was very nice. Wonderful owner made sure that we are well settled and host Dimitra was more than welcoming and very responsive to our needs. This apartment has everything that helps you feel like at home. It is very comfortable and made for family life. The furniture is luxurious, but very accessible and user-friendly.. The real stars of the apartment are: 1. Beautiful, comfortable and huge sectional in the living room. We felt like we could have lived there for days 2. More than spacious balcony, where you can relax and even go for a short walk 3. Wonderful and clean swimming pools We chose this apartment since is within walking distance from Iaso hospital, where our baby son had a surgery. Not much to write here, but let me try. The elevator was way too slow. We had sporadic issues with the intercom (we couldn't open the building entrance after opening the front gate) and we could use an extra set of keys.

The location was further out of Marousi than I expected .The apartment was very clean and had everything we required.

The property was spacious and had everything you needed to cater for yourself. It was also a fantastic location for us! I’d love to come back in the summer when it’s a little warmer and we can dip in the pool.

There nothing we didn’t like. We might be staying again later in the year but bringing our parents making that 4 of us so would be good to be reassured that the sofa bed in the ‘spare room’ is suitable.

We’re very happy with our stay and extended for a few days more! The apartment is lovely and quite. Elizabeth was very accommodating with all of our request! We’re definitely going back!

The location was relatively close to the are aof my interest. Apartment was in a safe neighborhood.

Bathroom had a strong smell from mold and in the main bathroon the water fauset did not work. We were not informed upfront about these important defects. Also the refrigirator is very noisy.

The apartment wasn't ready at 7.30pm!! We were kept waiting from 3pm, the property manager was unpleasant on the phone. When we were eventually allowed to enter, the property was dirty and messy, the cleaning was in progress (at 7.3pm!) so I requested a refund. I haven't heard from either property manager or the owner until now. Apartment door directly opposite elevator door. Only one room of the apartment is for rent, the others are locked, so you are not renting an apartment but a room. There is no air conditioner in the bedroom, so you can't sleep with a closed door. It was extremely hot in the bedroom! I can see from the property owner's response to my review that they are trying to save face and blame me, however: reservation was made the day before, and I provided WhatsApp history to prove that - but they still lied and tried to make it sound as if I made the reservation last minute. I DID NOT. And I spoke with the property manager on the phone the day before to confirm. Reservation was made for luxury apartment (which is actually very far from luxury, just ok). And I have no idea what photos the owner is referring to, as I never published any. I still haven't received a refund or anything resembling apology. In other words, beware.

This apartment was absolutely perfect for my trip to Athens. The owner was there ready to meet me on arrival showed me through the accommodation and then told me to call her anytime. The apartment itself is like a home from home and incredibly comforting. The whole place was well equipped and spotlessly clean. The sofa - wow and the balcony is amazing. The pool was a very welcomed addition after long days. I couldn’t recommend the place enough.

Great space near the hospital as we needed somewhere close by. Very spacious and had everything you could need. Sonia was so helpful with everything and always so quick to respond. Public transport nearby and very close to a few big shopping malls!!

I booked this last minute because my wife was getting out of surgery and needed a place to go immediately. On booking.com it said check in would be at 3:00. I booked it around 1:30 so I could get my wife from the hospital and take her there to recover. When I tried to get the keys I was told it wouldn’t be available for several more hours. I explained I needed it right away and it was a 3:00 check in on booking.com, but she said the previous guest left late and it wouldn’t be ready. I explained I would need to cancel and Sonia told me they would do a refund since it wouldn’t be ready. I’ve now been calling and sending multiple emails and can’t get a response to process the refund. This is my first experience with booking.com and very likely my last.

Location, spacious, & comfortable

There is one A/C in the apartment, no AC’s in the bedrooms (though a fan was provided) but was not enough in hot weather ( especially during the heat wave that hit the area during my trip)
