Comfortable cottage in great location for the swim meet we were attending at Millfield

The host left a very good welcome pack (Including their fresh eggs local cider, cereal etc very grateful.) The setting was beautiful. & the game’s facilities & equipment vey good. Loved the position of the caravan & the walks into Langport. Just found walking to use toilet & the shower etc was rather more difficult than I expected. This was my fault as I booked in a rush.

See above . The small interior of Willow the vintage caravan was not suitable for me but sure it would be fun for younger fit people. Not having toilet & water in the caravan was awkward.

Cottage was perfect for a weekend away, evrrything was thought about. The games room is a great addition. Mary and Sophie were very accomodating and helpful, looking at returning winter time.

Quirky vintage caravan set in own lawned and tree lined area. Nature's paradise of peace and tranquility., interrupted only by joyful song birds.

The rusty steps to the van were a bit wobbly and problematic for my geriatric body and the toilet located through a gate a trek in the middle of the night.

Breakfast was thoughtfully provided along with bonus treats. The property was very clean and well provided with linen and towels. The location was quiet with good outside space.. The hosts were welcoming with helpful information provided.

A lovely cottage with all the comforts you need, plus a few nice extra touches like the local cider and apple juice Strong wifi (keeps the kids happy).

Very clean with good facilities, love that you are not charged extra to bring dogs.

This wasn’t much of an issue for us as we stayed during winter but in the summer I wouldn’t enjoy the garden because it is communal and so are the facilities outside. For anyone taking dogs the garden and very short walk/easy access to fields is excellent. However at no point before our stay (we did inform we were bringing dogs) were we told that they are not allowed upstairs, on the sofa or to be left in the property alone at any point. Whilst I completely understand why these rules are in place I think being a dog friendly place they should inform you of this before you decide to bring them, it was only once we arrived and read the house manual that we knew this. Thankfully our dogs sleep fine without us being around (them downstairs and us upstairs) but I know this isn’t the same for others so worth knowing before arrival. Thankfully though, the pubs around the area are dog friendly so we could take them there but we didn’t get to try to Thai restaurant because of this. Completely understand why the rules are in place (as some dogs do destroy things!) but just wish we would have been told this information before we arrived.

Good location & space

Some of the kitchen equipment (pots & pans) were very heavily used / poor quality.

The cottage was calm and quiet. It was a great space to relax with family and a very comfortable place to stay with lovely touches like breakfast items provided and some welcome cider. The beds were so comfortable.

Excellent packs left for breakfast, shared with family for a couple of nights, was excellent place to stay

Breakfast food was left for us (eggs, cereal, milk, bread, etc) as well as a couple of bottles of local cider. There were also basics like tea, coffee and sugar, meaning that we didn't have to rush out to the shop. The location was great for us, being only three miles from the location of the wedding we attended. The surrounding countryside is beautiful.

Everything the location was central to everywhere the cottage was well equipped and clean Mary was a charming host will definitely come back

Host left us with a loaf, fresh eggs, jam, coffee, tea, milk etc. in each unit which was more than sufficient for our needs. Together with clean and fresh rooms and towels etc. made the stay a delight
