The proximity to a tram stop and Lidl was very useful. Rooms were clean and basic utilities were provided. The host accepted my request for a late checkout on the last day. parking was available inside the premise and was free.

The building has no elevator so if you get The higher floors you will need to climb 2 floors which is slightly inconvenient if you are travelling with 2 small children

Excepting the situation from the start, our staying here was nice, without any other problems. Taking into account my first experience I had the intention to rate with the lowest grade, but the apartments are really good if they are cleaned. Probably I would book again in this location as I think that our incident couldn't happen twice to us. And more of that, now I know which door to knock.

They forgot to clean our rooms. Bed sheets were not changed (beds were a mess, like someone got up late and forgot to make his bed), towels were wet (like someone just used them after taking a shower). The owner didn't answer to any of his phone numbers and I tried 3 different numbers. The contact person was not answering the phone. Hoping that she will see my desperate message and she will realize how serious is the situation I have, I have texted her. She texted me back after 1 hour to go to some neighbours and to ask for help. This was really awkward but I did it. Luckily those neighbours were some employees but that was their day off. But they helped us. I don't think that this should be the normal behaviour in this kind of situation. Fridge was not cooling. The parking space is for maximum 3 cars, but I guess there are at least 8 apartments.

Property is very good value for money, large, good interior design, very complete, parking easy

WiFi wasn’t very good

Big apartment, great for a family or group of friends.

The staff took long(days) to reply the messages before I arrived.
