The location is excellent. Lovely green lush garden and beautiful pool to swim in at the end of a hot day

The bed in our room was definitely worn out. And needs to be replaced. Not comfortable and springs coming through. The rug in the bedroom also needs to be replaced

Quiet, clean,.friendly... Perfect start to our holiday 😊

The house, which seems to be an old estate/mansion, was lovely and charmingly well-appointed as a B&B. Neighborhood was quiet and mostly residential. The location was excellent as quite a bit (Sintra palace, restaurants, shops) was within walking/hiking distance. Breakfast was acceptable. The grounds were beautiful, and I would have liked to have had more time to enjoy the pool. We did appreciate the parking on site. Staff was welcoming and helpful.

I would rate them much higher except for the overwhelming scent in our room, which turned out to be from a VERY strong fabric softener used on the sheets and towels. It did get a bit better after a day of airing out, but still not very pleasant. Anyone sensitive to perfumes may not be comfortable. It didn't bother us, but there are quite a few stairs going up to the front door.

Very helpful staff. Great location. Free parking included. Nice apartment.

Kitchen adequate but some equipment damaged (corkscrew). A small hot plate would be good bit we got by.

Everything, there was nothing that was not excellent. I would return to Sintra just to stay there.

The location was very central , close to restaurantes, train station and buses. it was very private, quite, clean, and a beautiful house and grounds with safe parking. The staff is lovely, very welcoming.. and the breakfast was delicious.

The breakfast was basic, but it was not expensive so we did not expect anything much more. The staff that served it were wonderful though.

We had a lot of difficulty finding the accommodation because you do not enter your property on the address it lists on the GPS.

Gorgeous guesthouse in a peaceful surrounding with gardens. Wonderful staff who were happy to help with anything we needed. A short 10 minute walk to the train station and central Sintra.

The water wasn’t always hot when we needed it, such as at night when we wanted to have a shower. Other than that, everything was great!

We booked the economy room so cannot expect too much. It is indeed a small room and it is hard to adjust the water temperture for shower. The host gave us the wrong GPS location but we finally got there through the google map.

The staff was very friendly and the location was great. Close to some nice restaurants and the Sintra train station.

The shower could be cleaner and the toilet bowl was loose. Also, we felt like the breakfast was a cheap for the price. Having fresh ingredients would come off so much better than cartons of supermarket brand drinks.

Located in the center, everything available on foot. The owners are extremely nice and friendly and I loved the park around with the natural pool. A dream :-)…if you can deal with the cold and humidity in the morning (Sintra lies in the mountains), you’ll adore it :-)

We were housed in modern, self contained chalet in grounds of large, old house. Large bathroom with shower. Kitchenette with large fridge and microwave. Very comfortable large double bed. We also had our own secluded garden area.

About 300 metres from station but sharply uphill. Too near for a taxi but exhausting for two folk in their eighties lugging heavy suitcases!

This is a guest house which was a meeting point of all poets from past so it speaks for itself. The rooms were named after poets . Everything about this place was calm. Hostess was super helpful and we could store our luggages. Breakfast comes in a box but you can always ask for something more. Actually it is more than enough for one person. since this is a guesthouse you need to get your hot water, coffee at the common area. the rooms do not have kettle. But it’s better to sit there and sip your tea. It is my personal recommendation that if you are coming to Lisbon from abroad you must stay in Sinatra, it is a fairy tale city and few hours of day trip from Lisbon do not do justice to the place. it deserves at least two days.

The only thing which bothered me a bit was my room didn’t have the best of wi-fi. but it was again good in the common area and the other parts of the house.

The gardens were nice and the lobby/common area was nice.

There was no breakfast included and the rooms were musty smelling while the sheets were very moist. The shower worked at about 40% capacity and it didn’t drain. The wifi was also horrendous.

Excellent. Went above and beyond trying to find my lost item in Lisbon. All restaurants they recommended were excellent.
