The location is good - that is literally the only positive thing I can say about this place - other than that it is awful.

The room we were given was nothing like the one in the photographs on Booking.com. It was dirty, had terrible decor, there was graffiti on the bathroom walls. The furniture was scratched and dirty, the bed was broken, the pillows were terrible - just bags full of bits of foam. Walls were dirty and paint peeling. It is advertised as a hotel but is more like a cheap, student hostel. The room also had no windows and double doors had people walking past them all the time, so had zero privacy. We left as soon as we could find another hotel and have asked for a refund for the 2 nights that we paid for but didn't stay there - but so far the hotel has refused to refund us.

Great location and cute room. I enjoyed the stay, and honestly I was not in the room much since there was so much to see in Sintra. I loved hearing the birds at night. It was very kind for staff to come in and tidy up each day. :)

The pounding footsteps of the T-Rex staying above me was a bit of an annoyance. Also, it would be nice if 2 coffee pods were refreshed each day. If a guest gets 2 pods staying one night- what about 2 for each night's stay after? If I checked out and checked back in again- I would have had 2 coffee new pods for my morning coffee (included in the night's stay- not an additional charge). Just a little something that would make a stay that much better.

very easy access from the train station. perfect little two bedroom apartment with all the basics supplied. easy walk to central shops and restaurants.

It met all my expectations. instructions for pod machine were wrong for the machine supplied. not a big deal.

The location was definitely our favorite during our trip in Portugal. The staff was excellent to work with, and the rooms were excellent. It was great to have a couple apartments close to each other in the same complex, and there are set up in a way that you don't hear much noise from the other occupants. The location is perfect for walking around Sintra. Close to the train station. Walking distance from several site. Definitely worth the stay.

The only minor issues we had were solved quickly by the staff. They quickly repaired a door lock issue we had, and they were very responsive to our request. You can tell that they take pride in taking care of visitors.

Location is best. Spacious room. Great bathroom. Nice place to stay.

It was a cozy apartment with a nice view, close to the centre, clean and tidy. The staff was friendly and helpful with all the information we needed for our tour at the town and the sightseeings.

the location is about a 10-15 minute walk from the center but it is near the train station and it is easy to get a cab or tuk-tuk to the top. nice quite location basic but clean accommodation.

The location. This place is very central and close to everything, the room is spacious.

The mattress of the bed is low quality it does not offer you a good night sleep. It has a full set of stairs without elevator makes it difficult access for people with mobility issues.

It was clean. Had a nice decor. Was well equiped. Good option for a small group of people. The staff was very nice and friendly.

No mirrors. The window blinds did not close properly. The fridge was very small. Parking was hard, but the staff gave us options so they made up for that.

The staff was exceptional! The location is perfect! In the room there is all you need and even more! The room is big and spacious. Comfortable pillows!!!!

Central, but quiet. Very nice view. Ambiance and acoustic was fine. Mainly very clean. Friendly staff. I paid a very reasonable price for an upgrade, that I was very happy with.The small kitchen was fine and quite adequate. I recommend this place and would come back.

Clothes storage was not optimal. I prefer water boiler to the capsule coffee maker that was in the room. Not a lot of table space, and the tables were very high (the chairs too, though), and for a longer stay (I had 3 days), that and the clothes storage might be an issue. None of these things were a big issue to me during my stay.

Has perfect location, wonderful to have a kitchen, and unbelievably clean.

The alarm system went off twice in the middle of the night. There was no communication about this from the staff. The tv is tiny!Headboard knocks on the wall, because it is not attached to the bed.

The pillows were awful. They were mushy, had barely any filling and were lumpy. It would have also been nice to have some extra blankets available in the room.

There is no parking, not even space for loading and unloading your bags! Beware of this, given it is down the hill and if you drive in you need to reverse drive to get out as there is no space to maneuver. Staff is quite dismissive of it, but it is a real pain. Also, the rooms are much simpler than what the photos show, and the walls are quite thin.

Perfect accommodation for a visit to sintra, blissfully quiet location, easy access, great food and drink nearby, also very convenient for the train and bus. Staff and communication excellent!
