I forgot my phone charger and I called the hotel just 20 mins after I left to notify them as I’m returning two days later and they said they’ll check and get back to me and nothing after. I called them twice after that and the same response ( we’ll check with housekeeping and let you know) and still nothing…. I even had a colleague still at the hotel and asked him to follow up with the night shift and they gave him the same response lol… not sure how hard is it to check a damn charger in the room on the bed side table and get back to the customer who paid around a $1000 total for a stay !!

My second stay at the hotel, was an overall great experience. Dont think id stay anywhere else in jeddah, with fair pricing, amazing space, and decent facilities, i left again with out a measurable complaint. Thank you!

I again booked a 2 bedroom apartment, but received a one bedroom and a studio.. which isnt a problem because they connected, but the connecting hallway was not lockable, only real downside... But still got the job done. I would suggest an upgrade in the shower amenities. The previous time i stayed they were better!
