It is possible to park the car in the yard. Archie is a great host who can help you with tours and self-made vine. He can give you advice about sightseeings and restaurant nearby

We are a religious family of 7 from Israel who booked the Arci' guest house for a family vacation. And I have to praise the owner of the amazing apartment, Archie, who received us with great hospitality, gave us a short tour of the apartment and, of course, offered his kind service in every matter. The apartment we took was a very large and spacious apartment with all the conditions required to experience a good vacation, starting with high-quality electrical products, excellent furniture and comfort in all respects (the photos on the website do not reflect the reality on the ground which looks much more beautiful and warm. The apartment is located in the center of the old city with easy access Easy and fast to the Chabad house, the beautiful promenade, the city center and more. We highly recommend!

Very spacious apartment, excellent location, very well planned and has everything you need. Well equipped kitchen, good shower, big bed and a big living room with a huge sofa bed, which could probably fit 3 kids. Very nice host, lives next door and willing to help with everything.

EVERYTHING!! It had a wonderful location, excellent design, Nice Balcony, tremendous amount of space- The landlord lived next door so it was convenient to knock - Jst a lovely place!

We wanted to extend, and they said it was already booked- HOWEVER lol it was not, they simply listed it at a higher price- We would have like to have booked longer :)

Apartament clean nad modern in The Heart of old part od Batumi. Comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Everything you need at you fingertips - shops, cafes, restaurants, exchange offices. Very friendly and helpful owner, Archil, who, in adition to the delicious welcome nad goodbye homemade wine, offered us his service and took us on day trip to the mountains, There, in addition to the magnificent views, we expirienced his moher hospolity in their old familly mountain house. Nothing, everything was OK

Great conditions. The apartment is clean, beautifully decorated. Friendly host Archie was waiting for us with a bottle of homemade wine. The owner of the apartment also organizes trips to the mountains with a 4WD car, visiting beautiful places and serving delicious Khinkali. He also offers a stay in his cottage situated high in the mountains, where it is beautiful.

Archil met us at the airport. Then he showed us the apartment. The apartment is gorgeous and placed in the heart of Batumi. Everything is close, the best restaurants/cafes and shops, the beach is near. It's the best place you can find! We had a super nice excursion with Archil. Everyone was excited (including my mother and child 4 years), definitely suggest visiting it. Archil is always in touch and ready to help. Now I know what does it mean Georgian hospitality is! If you are looking for a place in Batumi and want to have the best experience Archie's Apartment is your choice! :)

The apartment is really nicely situated, in the heart of the old city with lots of authenic streets nearby, nice restaurants, close to the sea. There are also enough small shops around and it's within walking distance to the food market. Archi (the owner) was always ready to help, answered immediately to all our questions and helped every time we needed, thank you so much Archi!

What I really did not like was the sofa in the living room (the mattress definitely needs to be changed!) and the furniture in the bedroom.

Everything is perfect

The location is very convenient, apartment is in the Old Town, so restaurant, shops and sea is very near. The facilities are very good over all, the place is spacious. What we enjoyed the most is spending some time with the host - Archie. He is a true Georgian man, his hospitality, care of guests and friendness left an amazing impression for a lifetime! Not only he welcomed us as his old friends, but he told us about his wine making process and we had an oppurtunity to try Georgian home-made wine, which now is one of the best memories from Sakartvelo. Also, we were invited to look around and move a bit in the little gym, but its totally a bonus for this rental place! We are extremly thankful for Archie!

The only thing that was a bit uncomfortable was the mattress, but we made it suitable for us with blankets found at the apartment, so it was not that big of an issue.
