Brilliant sea views, the sounds of the sea can be heard at any time of the day, the apartment is very clean, the owner was kind and helped in everything, I am glad I stayed here, there were my best days in batumi, apartment is very close to McDonald's, park, supermarkets and restaurants.

The flat is great! I love the contrast between the old building and the modern apartment. There are 2 big rooms which is no clear in the pictures. There is central heating and air conditioning. You can enjoy the seaside and amazing sunsets from the terrace.

* There was a miscommunication and the owner reacted in an unprofessional way (threatening to call the police etc). They had some previous bad experience, while we do understand this it doesn't mean you should act in an unprofessional way and treat you, guests, in such a way. Kati (wife of the owner) however was friendly and helped to resolve the issue. * The apartment doesn't have a lot of basic amenities: no shampoo, washing product, wine opener, etc. * There is no key box so you have to wait for someone to give you the keys. Which we were told would take 5 min but it took 20 min. We wouldn't mind waiting 20 min but would have been great to know that we need to wait that long. * The mattresses and sofa's aren't comfy or high quality. In general this flat could be truly amazing with some improvements
