Great location and the views from the hotel and room were stunning. The staff was very welcoming and the cook made a fantastic breakfast and dinner! We tried the pasta vongole and loved it.

Really good breakfast. Accomodation is basic, but clean. The swimming pool is a nice extra.

There was no place where you can hang your clothes on.

Thank you so much for a beautiful time! We had a great stay. The family just tried everything to make our stay perfect and were very helpful. The breakfast and dinner were incredibly delicious (!!!), freshly cooked, most fruits and vegetables come from their own harvest, home made ice tea and olive oil. The location is perfect to explore the area or just relax on the beautiful property. The rooms and the common area were very clean and even more beautiful than the pictures. I can highly recommend coming here, I wish we could have stayed longer.

Best dinner and breakfast we had so far in Albania. The place is run by a family that all participate in the service, we really enjoyed thuis vibe.

Really nice property directly bordering the wild river, owned by a very personable and hospitable family. The dad used to own a restaurant in tirana and only uses really high quality local ingredients. Great food! More people in Albania should apply this concept!

Great location, very clean. Comfy bed. Fresh air. Food is local and tasty. The pool was not ready but still too soon to have a swim this time of the year. Hosts were very kind and welcoming. Great place to relax or sightsee.

Wifi signal could be better. Also just for a suggestion : the food bill should have more details in it just to be more clear on what costs how much. Nevertheless, prices are good for the quality you get.

Stay there! It is absolutely fantastic! Breakfast, location, staff, dinner... don't miss it!

gorgeous family run estate with beautiful views, very good food & spacious rooms. everyone was very friendly and super helpful. extra plus: their dogs just had some puppies which were the cutest thing ever 😍

This guesthouse has set a new standard for me. It was incredible. Lovely room, comfy bed, AC, hot shower, pool, amazing views, delicious homemade food for breakfast, lunch and dinner (very affordable too) and of course the dogs were really cute. I wish I stayed longer than 4 nights and am already planning to go back

An amazing place to stay, surrounded by mountains and fruit trees, with the wonders of Gino’s cooking, the friendly and relaxed environment.

Place outside of nice Tepelene town, between mountains, next to a river. Has a big area with olive trees, figs and other. There is a pool, many places to sit to admire the view. This is a place to relax and take time off. There is a restaurant, so no need to leave the premises. Food at the restaurant was good, breakfast was nice, there are vegan options. Rooms are nice, modern and comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful. And the cats, there are four very friendly cats! :)

Too close to the road and therefore can hear cars passing by, but rooms are further from the road and not a big problem really. Rooms are a bit dark. Everything else was supergood!

Such a beautiful place, we loved the atmosphere, the view of the mountains and the staff. they are wonderful people and they even helped us to the nearest station. And the food was great!

The staff was extremely nice, very good food in the restaurant for dinner, and very good breakfast as well. The place was super clean and comfortable.

The wi-fi didn't work (both on our phone and the TV) but it's probably better to enjoy the stay...the swimming pool was clean but the water was a bit too cold (not that it's their fault).

Must see place if you go around, food, breakfast, equipment (rooms, pool, atmosphere), place (visit the bridge, river). Personal is very friendly, the best experience from whole Albania.

It is difficult to put into words how incredibly great this hotel is! The staff is very courteous, friendly and helpful. You feel very welcome from the first minute. The hotel has an indescribably beautiful location, everything is very clean, spacious and lovingly made. We didn't have a beach in Albania that was nearly as beautiful as the river bed right at the hotel! The rooms are large and modern and the view is very nice! The whole facility is lovingly laid out and beautifully maintained! The city is small and lovely, the world is still in order and not as crowded and artificial as on the beaches. Another reason to visit this hotel is the restaurant. We have never eaten such good pasta in life !!! You can taste that the cook does his job with a heart! A lot of things are produced by yourself and you can tell that this cook understands his craft! Really highest level of taste! Unfortunately we could only stay 2 nights because we were already at the end of our trip. If we had known how great it was we would have come earlier and stay longer! Recreation is redefined in this hotel !!! If we visit Albania again we will spend a lot of time there! Thanks to the whole team for the great stay

There were problems with the internet. It was a little annoying because you have already forgotten how to live without a cell phone. But it made us not have a cell phone in hand and to enjoy everything else much better! Actually, that's also a plus point;)

The ONLY cause for complaint was that I slipped on the wet tiled steps as I entered the swimming pool and bruised my arm. I was lucky - it could have been a lot more serious. Arbur, a senior member of the staff, saw the incident and, when I spoke with him the next morning, he assured me that the pool was being emptied as we spoke with the intention of making the steps a less slippy entrance. Otherwise, what was there not to like? Everything was spot on

The location, right by the river is fabulous. The food is fantastic.

The staff were incredibly warm kind and accommodating. We arrived early and they welcomed us. The beds were extremely comfortable and we had a delicious evening meal. The breakfast was an excellent buffet with a wide selection of fruit cereals meats cheeses and local dishes. We particularly enjoyed the family made mountain tea beverage and the best olive oil I have ever tasted!
