Belvárosi,basic lakás 3 szobával.Kedves vendéglátó,felszerelt konyha,minden teljesen tiszta,a szoba légkondicionált.

Belváros.Brutalisan zajos volt az első éjszaka,aludni sem tudtunk.Sajnos az utcáról bejövő zaj ellen még a jól záródó és nagyjából hangszigetelt ablak sem védett semmit.Rossz alvóknak kifejezetten nem ajánlom a 2 és 3 szobákat.Vagy csak füldugóval.

The location is perfect and the room is simple but nicely enough furnished. There's also a shared kitchen facility to make use of, if needed. This is mainly just a sort of "use it as a base" type place, with the location being absolutely perfect for the old town. The hosts were friendly and easy to stay in contact with too.

I think it's somewhat overpriced for what it is, as the rooms are pretty no-frills and there's no breakfast included or possibility to store your luggage when leaving. The rooms are all rather close together too, so getting woken up by other guests is almost inevitable if they're getting up early!

This accommodation real advantage is the location, in the heart of Zadar, in the old town, a few meters from the forum. The host is also super nice and very friendly. The apartment is very clean, modern and comfortable. A good place to stay for Zadar !

There was a smell coming from the bathroom but with the AC on, it was better. Only remark for improvement.

We really liked all about our stay in Rooms Old Town. The owner is very friendly and helpful. It feels like he really cares about the apartament and guests; everything is clean, kitchen is well equiped (dishwasher, coffee machine), air conditioner in our room also helped us a lot with Zadar temperatures ;) The location is perfect if you want to stay in the Old Town of Zadar, somehow it wasn't too loud even at night despite all the restaurants out there. You can buy some delicious local food on the Trznica market, just 2 minutes away, all other attractions are also just few minutes walking from here. The photos on booking match the real apartament, price is very good for the overall experience.

Absolutely no disadventages

We had a room with private bathroom in a shared apt. Kitchen is well equiped.

We had first night in a room with street view and it was terrible noisy in the night due to the restaurants. We asked to change the room next day so we got a smaller room but quiet. We were charged with 20 euro cash.

under my bed sheet is many hair. only stair to the 3rd floor, not so good if you arrive with big luggage.

The coffee was great. The beds were very comfy and the rooms were spacious. The kitchen and rooms were very clean with everything you need. very ideal location in Old Town Zadar. Marijan is very welcoming and nice.

Location is perfect: in the middle of town but quiet. Owner is very friendly, let me in my room at 1AM after my flight was delayed. No complaints about the room and facilities!
